Reputable and trustworthy / online purchase
Found the item (ION Riot harness) online, communication was so prompt (answered all my questions via message), and I have the item less than 24h later. I actually found the business on Facebook and then communicated after by msg and email. Invoiced and paid, updates were so efficient, tracking information and the item (& accessory) all received. Super super happy with the harness, and really the outstanding service, couldn’t fault anything. Reputable and trustworthy business.

Ordered a kids 4m Ozone (with great discount) they immediately contacted and apologised the colour was not available and offered alternative. Was with me next day along with a lovely personalised message and sticker. Top service, great value. Will use again.

I ordered a Vector vest for windsurfing and although the one I ordered was not in stock, the company was quick to be in touch and offer some alternatives at a reduced price. I received a personal service on the phone, the item was packaged securely and it arrived a day later. I was very pleased with the item and the service that I received.

Brilliant support at the Watersport centre
George and everyone at the Watersports centre are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - if they don’t know it then it’s not worth knowing! They carry a fabulous range of gear at very competitive prices - personally I’d pay twice the price as the customer support is worth it.
