Healthy eating and no more fad diets!
The weight loss academy has changed my whole attitude toward eating. I no longer ‘diet’ but follow the WLA principles and I’m eating healthier than ever. No fad diets, no guilt and I don’t feel deprived of any food. It’s just about getting the right balance. There’s even scheduled exercise sessions. Great support. Highly recommended, try it!

Wish I had found the weight loss academy years ago
But I am so pleased I have eventually did by joining the July 2021 reset. This is not fad dieting but a nutritionally balanced way to meal plan for life. With wonderful ongoing support from Anna and her team of coaches, inspiring video coaching and online exercise classes. You can adapt meals to support you lifestyle and sustain your healthy weight loss. More energy, healthy skin and weight loss with nothing forbidden. Additionally a fabulous online group of supportive ladies. I can honestly say I have never felt hungry or deprived since I adopted this way of eating. No weekly or monthly fees, just pay for the academy for life and any additional recipe books only if you choose to, at a fraction if the price I have paid for weekly dieting clubs. What’s not to like? Would recommend to anyone.

I wish I had found WLA years ago after being a yo-yo dieter for most of my adult life. The advise and help is fab. Its a life style change and not a diet - the recipes are great and the freedom to change things around to suit you is a bonus :)

The WLA way of eating give you freedom…
The WLA way of eating give you freedom to eat any types of food but they teach you how to this in a way that is healthy. It's not just about diet it about your overall health and wellbeing. I would have learned about WLA Academy years ago. The owner Anna and the coaches are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble they support you all the way. I highly recommend WLA for all those who are looking to change their lifestyle in a way that will not put any pressure on you.

WLA Lifetime Membership
I did the May reset and signed up for life membership. I'm so glad I did because the support given to women in this group is fantastic. There is always a coach to answer questions about nutrition, exercise or just support in mindful eating.You also have the support of the other group members. A lovely kind and supportive group of people.
Losing weight and lifetime support without the dieting mentality and just good healthy natural food.The best thing I did.

Ein großartiges Programm für faires Geld
Ein großartiges Programm. Ich wurde durch eine Werbung darauf aufmerksam, da ein kostenloser 21-tägiger Reset angeboten wurde. Man bekam ein tolles Workbook mit guideline und Tonnen von Rezepten. Es gab auch einen super support in der Gruppe. Ich habe in den 21 Tagen 2,5 kg verloren. Nun bin ich der Academy beigetreten. Es gibt dafür eine super App, in der man viele Kurse findet. Es wird auch Sport angeboten, ein regelmäßiges Support-training in der Gruppe und vieles vieles mehr. Die Rezepte sind wirklich unaufwendig, wandelbar, abwechslungsreich und sehr sehr lecker! Man kann sie auch für mehrere Tage vorbereiten. Tolle Frühstücksideen und eine super Nährstoffzusammensetzung. Wenn man sich daran hält, kann man Heißhungerattacken und Naschereien vergessen, denn man hat gar keine Lust mehr drauf. Ich empfehle die Academy von ganzem Herzen.

The WLA is the best thing I’ve ever stumbled across ! It’s an amazing community of like minded ladies who all have the same mind set. Anna and her fabulous team have totally changed my view of how to lose weight. It’s not a fad diet , it’s an education that teaches a healthy way to eat and lose weight.
