I recently purchased a new car and most cars do not come with a spare wheel anymore,I went online and found the wheelshop, I found them reasonably priced, I spoke to them over the phone and found them very helpful, the spacesaver wheel arrived very quickly unfortunately the Courier damaged the box and the wheelbrace was missing,I spoke to
Kamila at the wheel shop,and she sent me out a replacement it arrived the following day fantastic service very happy would highly recommend

I ordered the wrong wheel and we managed to stop the DHL delivery - One week later the correct wheel arrived.

First the downside. I wanted a space saver for our Nissan Leaf Tekna and I wasn't sure what "Stud pattern 5 x 114.3" meant when reading the spec information so I emailed the company asking for clarification, unfortunately I never received a response. I have since spoken directly to the company and they have apologised for the lack of communication but state they have no receipt of my email either in in-box or spam folder. These things do happen!

Now the plus side. Having not received an email from the company I did my own research and solved the issue I was having and having read the reviews from other customers still ordered from The Wheel Shop. I have to say that the service was excellent. I ordered on 23rd Feb and it arrived about an hour ago 25th Feb. The wheel was as described on the web site, second hand but unused and it came with a jack and spanner both in their respective storage bags, I also purchased a cover for the wheel and found that it was of good quality and fit the spare wheel nice and snug plus the jack and spanner fit inside the well of the wheel and inside the wheel cover. I am really pleased with my purchase in spite of the email faux-pas and I would gladly recommend the wheel shop to anyone.

We ordered a space saver tyre it came 2 days later and for the price we got everything we needed to change the tyre, fantastic price and excellent service the guy who delivered it was very polite and pleasant.

I really can’t fault The Wheelshop. I was recommended them by the dealership I bought my car from and they came up trumps. First the cost, very reasonable. Second, the speed at which it was delivered. I ordered online at the weekend, it was delivered Tuesday morning, from Manchester to Essex.
Finally the website itself is very easy to use and the FAQs are precise and relevant.
I will happily order from them again, excellent service.

Very quick service. Excellent product but (no fault of Wheelshop) the product did not do what I expected. Return of item was straight forward and I was reimbursed the day that they received it.

Brilliant service had a mix up with the size but the lady i spoke to was very helpful she just cancelled the order,reimbursed me,went back online and reordered.spare wheel and kit looks really good and good delivery service cheers

When needed to return due to my decision they sorted with no issues.
If I could give them 10stars I would.

Excellent customer service , we were being totally messed about by the courier company which delayed delivery and caused real annoyance . Once the wheel shop were contacted they resolved the problem quickly and had the wheel delivered within 36 hrs , David was especially efficient and kept us updated at every step.Solving issues when they are influenced by external circumstances is an example of a company’s integrity and these guys were first class , highly recommend , thanks

Sometimes you can tell how good a company is when something goes wrong. In my case I ordered 4 new wheels and due to warehouse mix up I received 2 different sets. Their staff were very helpful and apologetic during the process of sorting it all out, great to communicate with and now i've got 4 shiny new wheels at a great price. Thank you.

Purchased a space saver wheel with jack from the Wheelshop for my Seat and was very pleased with the wheel and jack, which was promptly deliverd. Recently replaced the car and wanted a space saver for this. Received helpful advice and assistance from the Wheelshop and very satisfied with customer services.

Bought a space saver wheel and tyre plus jack and tools. I called at their warehouse and was treated with respect and professionalism. The quality of the goods is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. Why buy used from eBay for a similar price when you can buy new from the Thewheelshop.

Customer service representative David, was extremely rude, abrupt, unhelpful and patronising on the telephone when i called with a query about an order. David told me incorrect information. This was clarified by the manager, Michael, who was proactive and professional.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be highlighted.

Before calling, I tried to use the company’s website which was clunky, slow, and generally unhelpful – so I decided to call instead. When I first got through the line quality was so poor that I had to hang up and call back. On the second attempt, I spoke with a lady (with what sounded like an American accent).

I explained clearly that I was looking for 15" wheels for my Vauxhall Combo van, 4 stud fitment. She told me they only did 5 stud wheels and only stocked 4 stud in space savers. Fair enough. I then asked if she could recommend any other similar suppliers, since they couldn’t help. Her answer? “You’ll just have to Google or check eBay.”

I clarified again and asked if she really didn’t know any other businesses in the same industry who might be able to assist. She insisted no. To be clear – I wasn’t rude, I simply expressed that I didn’t believe that a company operating in this space couldn’t name a single competitor. At that point, instead of maintaining professionalism, she simply hung up on me.

This isn’t just about not having the wheels I needed – that happens. What matters is customer service, and in this case it was utterly lacking. A professional company should still provide value, even if they can’t sell you the product directly, by at least pointing you in the right direction. Hanging up on a customer who politely questions your response is inexcusable.

If this is how they handle enquiries, I dread to think how they’d handle an actual issue after purchase. A thoroughly disappointing experience.

Ordered a space saver wheel and tool kit for my Skoda Karoq. Ordered it late monday night and it arrived Wednesday morning 10am. And that was with the free delivery open that should be up to 5 days.
Everything was exactly as pictured/described.
Very happy with the purchase and service
