I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be highlighted.

Before calling, I tried to use the company’s website which was clunky, slow, and generally unhelpful – so I decided to call instead. When I first got through the line quality was so poor that I had to hang up and call back. On the second attempt, I spoke with a lady (with what sounded like an American accent).

I explained clearly that I was looking for 15" wheels for my Vauxhall Combo van, 4 stud fitment. She told me they only did 5 stud wheels and only stocked 4 stud in space savers. Fair enough. I then asked if she could recommend any other similar suppliers, since they couldn’t help. Her answer? “You’ll just have to Google or check eBay.”

I clarified again and asked if she really didn’t know any other businesses in the same industry who might be able to assist. She insisted no. To be clear – I wasn’t rude, I simply expressed that I didn’t believe that a company operating in this space couldn’t name a single competitor. At that point, instead of maintaining professionalism, she simply hung up on me.

This isn’t just about not having the wheels I needed – that happens. What matters is customer service, and in this case it was utterly lacking. A professional company should still provide value, even if they can’t sell you the product directly, by at least pointing you in the right direction. Hanging up on a customer who politely questions your response is inexcusable.

If this is how they handle enquiries, I dread to think how they’d handle an actual issue after purchase. A thoroughly disappointing experience.

Ordered a space saver wheel and tool kit for my Skoda Karoq. Ordered it late monday night and it arrived Wednesday morning 10am. And that was with the free delivery open that should be up to 5 days.
Everything was exactly as pictured/described.

Can’t praise them enough. Called to check if I could collect, they prepared my order for me and I collected this morning.
The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly, even offering to load my order in the car, went above and beyond.

Bought and paid for express delivery. Telephoned and confirmed it with them …albeit they take ages to answer the phone. Nothing turns up - call again and they say they dont do express delivery on small parcels.
Turns up in 2 days anyway 🤷‍♂️

Called them to enquire about a new rim and tyre, took all details and in minutes they said they would despatch, phoned back and ordered another tyre no issues at all excellent service. Despatched by DHL arrived the next day. Would highly recommend this company and their customer service,

Ordered two space savers for our cars and they were delivered within 48 hours. I then realised that I'd made a mistake by ordering two without the kit (wheel jack and wheel brace). Ordered a couple of space saver wheels and retaining bolts for Yaris cars. The web site is excellent, but I really needed 100% confirmation of the correct ones. So contacted them and very quickly got an itemised list of my needs via emails. I found I could click on the items and it took me straight to the correct page on the web site, added all items to basket and all sorted really quickly. So many thanks to the excellent assistance from David in ensuring I got the right items and they were safely delivered. I can highly recommend this company if you need anything tyre related. Plus when you get quick responses as I did, you know that someone real is there actually listening to you, and in this AI era its worth a lot.

Wanted a space saver spare form my VW Arteon before heading from Glasgow to Devon. Spoke to one of the team to clarify a couple of technical questions, and then placed my order online. Arrived within 3 days and now nestled in the boot aperture hopefully never to see the light of day 😃

I ordered a space saver wheel, was told delivery was
4-5 days. I emailed twice and phoned 3 times no response from them at all. I left messages, but again no one got back to me.After 10 days I heard from DHL that they had received my spare wheel. Appalling service.

Vorige week online een thuiskomer besteld voor onze Toyota Yaris. De bestelde versie was niet voorradig. Kreeg gelijk per mail alternatieven aangeboden.
Gisteren zijn we op de locatie geweest en een originele Toyota Yaris reservewiel/thuiskomer incl krik enz gekocht.
Prima service en goed advies gekregen. De eigenaar was zeer hulpvaardig.
Wij gaan met een gerust hart op vakantie.
