Quick refund of you order too many by mistake.
I ordered too many ( like 250 quids worth too many!) and the staff were very helpful at making sure I got my money back. My daughter swears by the product, so it was a perfect stocking filler.

The best strips I've used
I have been using the whitening strips for a year now and they are really effective so much so that my friends have commented and they too have ordered. The customer service has been amazing and they have been so good in sorting out a delivery mistake on my part.

Ordered phillips zoom whitening gel 22% as 16% was out of stock
Have used 16% several times in the past with very good results although not from The white smiles company.
I was wary with 22%as worried about sensitivity but knew I could use alternate days if any problems arose.
Very dissapointed to say the least.No change in whiteness at all after using all 3 syringes every night for 3weeks which made me wonder why.
Emailed company who replied saying it may be due to smoking,drinking black coffee/red wine,diet choices,lifestyle,genetics etc.
Told them I don't smoke and drink all fluids through a straw.My point being was the 16%concentrate from another company worked but the higher concentration from this company was useless.
Was offered 10%off on next purchase...don't bother

Emailed them on 9th still no response - I have had no confirmation of order and not looking likely I will be getting what I paid for any time soon!
