Sorry to hear that you received them earlier than expected. We've checked the backend of our order form and the selected shipping date was 22nd December, which is why these were delivered on this date.
They should stay fresh and lovely for Christmas, if you keep them in water, snip the ends and keep out of direct sunlight.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I thought I was ordering a dried flower arrangement, but turns out they are made from synthetic materials which is not my understanding of what it was advertised to be. This was a special birthday gift and I feel embarrassed the final product differed a lot from the pretty picture on the web-site (I have comparison photos I can send). What was received was definitely not good value for money and I would not order from this company again.
However, in the interest of providing balanced feedback, what made my review a 2 instead of a 1 was delivery was made on the agreed date, the gift box was lovely, and my recipient likes the vase. The problem was the main feature unfortunately.

We're incredibly sorry to hear that it was not up to your expectations. We dry a lot of our own flowers and mix these with some synthetic materials as well.
