Spoken to Gill this morning she was great and made everything easy to understand and sorted everything I needed!

I appreciate the company's reduced will for key workers offer and Hollie who I spoke with was lovely and very responsive by email. However, what frustrated me was that online it says the only cost would be 13 pounds for postage. Nothing about any further costs was mentioned during my consultation with Hollie and then later I got an invoice for an additional 39 pounds due to a foreign property clause. I also needed to get in touch again as I received an unsigned copy of the will clarity statement. The will itself seems fine but does not look as nice as the one I previously had.

I was a bit apprehensive about making a Will as I wasn’t sure what it involved. After a quick google I found The Will Guys who were offering free basic wills for NHS staff and 50% off for partners. With a little one on the way we decided now was the time to get it sorted. Dylan was great, friendly and explained anything I didn’t understand without making me feel stupid! Also explained extras and the cost of these but didn’t make me feel pressured into picking anything that I didn’t think was right for me right now. Would highly recommend, very straightforward process.

Vicky made my will writing experience as clear and as pleasant as possible. She reassured me throughout and checked in regularly to ensure I understood everything with this being my first appointment in will writing.

Vicky was very efficient and I received lots of updates and all of the necessary paperwork promptly.
This was a very professional service and I would highly recommend - I will definitely use the service for legal matters moving forward.

I can’t recommend The Will Guys enough. Gill went above and beyond to help my family and she’s a lovely lady who made the whole process a positive experience. The will guys have done mine, my partners and my mother’s wills. My mam was in hospital when she wanted to do her will and Gill went out of her way to visit her in hospital and put my mam at ease; I will always be grateful for that. If you’re thinking about doing your will go with The Will Guys, you won’t regret it.

If anyone reading this hasn't got a will, Vicky of The Will Guys is your woman. Don't leave it too late, you may get bitten by a snake or crushed by a falling piano or similar. At least that was what was in her promotional literature.

(Joking aside, she's great!)

Great service from Dylan at the will guys. Extremely helpful through the whole process of setting up wills for my wife and myself. Thoroughly explained the whole process and asked plenty of questions about what we wanted. Any costs were also explained clearly. He contacted us regularly to check everything was ok and that we received any paperwork we needed. Would happily recommend them to anyone

Great service from Gill who always has her customers best interests at heart. She has sorted us out with life cover, mortgage protection and our wills. We are in our early 20s so some of this stuff we didn’t even know about and Gill was very informed ensuring we understood without pressuring us to commit to anything. My husband also fell ill unexpectedly and luckily we’d taken out mortgage protection with Gill so this has been a life saver, meaning our bills are paid and we are not stressed so can focus on my husband getting better. Highly reccomend and wouldn’t go anywhere else now!
