The Willoughby Book Club Avis 

Over the years of having a number of memberships per year the books have been good choices and the delivery very reliable to different addresses throughout the Country.

My book was delivered a week later than I expected with no explanation. I did send an Email to you querying delivery and received no reply.

The best present I have ever bought anyone bar none - the choices are incredible. Sensitive, informed, captivating. It’s the high point of my 12 year old’s month. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I was sent a novel that I already read. I contacted Willoughby and they sent be a new choice within 2 weeks of my email.

I've been amazed by how well they've chosen my books. Really spot on each time, despite the choices having been quite eclectic. It's also been such a treat to get a surprise book in the post! The book club allows me to send my great nieces and nephews with birthday and Christmas presents when I cannot get to the shops. The books are colourful, exciting and relevant to the ages of my recipients. They are always delivered on time and in excellent condition. Thank you.

Youngster seemed excited at 6 months of books.

For me, there's a lack of website clarity regarding the book tin. Make it crystal clear it's also suitable for youngsters? I asked via email - but no reply, so took a punt. Clarify.
A nice touch would be telling the buyer when the first book was about to be sent. 5 year olds and busy parents don't always say.

We got a 6 month subscription for family that is overseas and it was the perfect gift for their 1 year old.

I am reading my second book which is very good and by an author I have not read before. The first book was interesting and not something I would choose to read. Am looking forward to the next delivery.

Unlike other book clubs I was unable to choose the actual books I want to read.
If I hadn’t been given a subscription as a gift I would not have used the organisation.

I read all sorts of books I’d never otherwise have discovered. Some of these were unforgettable. Just one of my books was unreadable for me - a promising story but far too violent from the outset.

I loved the surprise element of opening the packaging to see what was in store. I found getting to the end of one book, knowing I was going to have a brand new read dropping through the letter box, was quite exciting It was a birthday present which kept giving!
