Went the extra mile at Christmas
This was a gift to be delivered directly to the recipient and I called to check prices wouldn't be shown on the delivery slip etc, and the lady was so nice and helpful, not only did she assure me it wasn't but she then offered to hand write a personalized message from me in a Christmas card and add it to the gift box - it was a really nice touch

Products that keep in-laws at bay
I occasionally ship a crate of wine to my in-laws, which seems to have stopped them from trying to get an invitation to visit.
I don't know whether this means your wine is good or bad but either way I can't thank you enough.

1st time using the wine company ni
1st time using the wine company ni, they had the exact wine we were looking for. Order made for click and collect, confirmation phonecall within 24hrs. Very polite, friendly staff. Arrived to collect our order on the appointed date.....no order.....but a quick call and 15 mins later we had our order. Very helpful staff, great customer service. Highly recommend.
