Easy process was very impressed. Wine was delivered on the exact day that I had requested. The recipient said it was packed very well. Not sure how much he enjoyed these wines but when I find out I can try to edit my review, I am sure he enjoyed them all.

It wasn't as easy as I'd hoped to find a store in Belfast online to send a small 'thank you' gift to an old college friend who'd helped me out with some recent medical issues. But The Wine Company NI obliged very promptly, at a reasonable price, and once I'd got over a hiccup of my own making with the message for the recipient, all went smoothly - and he was delighted with the Prosecco!

Am pleased with quality and price of wines, but Parcelforce let us down badly on delivery, stating that it had been attempted on a day when someone was definitely at home. No notification of delivery attempt was left. A staff member eventually went out of his way to make a personal delivery 2 days later than the first purported attempt. This demonstrated excellent customer service, but I probably wouldn't rely on them for an urgent or named-day delivery.

Gave these people a great review previously; but retract it all. Slow service, poor communication, failure to meet expectations and commitments. Will not be back. Utterly appalling service. AVOID.

Some of our choices were lovely but several were past their best. They would have been delicious if a couple of years later. Overall a great experience.
