I managed to gain enough confidence to try buying wine for my son-in-law's birthday using avios. Daunting at my old age and technically inefficient. I was successful and impressed with the whole process. Well pleased with the whole experience and hope he enjoys the purchase as neither do I possess any experience of wine! The wine I ordered arrived exactly as forecast, was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I can't comment on the quality as it was a present for a friend, but I'm sure it will be good!

The availability (and avios boosts) make Wine Flyer a really good deal. When I did have an issue with a bottle, the customer service team responded to my outreach very quickly and arranged credit to my account. I will certainly keep ordering.
