I decided to do the funeral for my loved one myself. At such a sad time this site was so easy to use, they have a lot of choice & were very helpful from start to finish, even liaised with the furneral director to make sure everything was in order. Thank you.

Fantastic company. Our funeral director said they couldn't accept a third-party coffin... Until Willow got in touch and they changed their mind!

Thought it bit strange ordering a coffin online but it was at my late mother's request. Ordered manilla cardboard coffin so grandchildren could decorate it. Easy to order, got follow up call next day for delivery, emails to give me updates and delivered to my home on day I requested. Thank you Derrick and all at willow for making things easier at a sad time. Mum would have appreciated it too. 👍

Whilst I couldn’t believe I was in a position to be buying a cardboard coffin again. Previously for my Mum and now for my lifelong Partner. It was again an easy process and so glad that the quality and shape is still the same.
The funeral directors could only offer a cardboard coffin that resembled a draw and I certainly didn’t want my loved one put in a draw. Thank you Willow.

Excellent service

A very efficient service from start to finish. Myself and the Funeral Director were kept fully informed as to delivery arrangements. I ordered the Willow Crossdale with engraved nameplate and was so pleased I did. It was so much nicer than the standard offering available. I was slightly apprehensive about using an online company but the service provided was faultless.

We found your company online and while our undertaker was more than happy to work with you they didn't know your company. We felt your options were better suited to our sensibilities than those we were first offered. We were hugely impressed with the service and the box which was just as we had hoped.

The product was beautiful and I'm really pleased I got it over the ones available at the funeral directors.

The price was more reasonable and they dispatched very swiftly.

My only minor gripe is that when I called - I wanted to talk to someone to take my order, it felt more personal to do that - I don't buy coffins often and never have before and wasn't sure I was doing things right etc - it would've been nice to make that purchase via a human but I was told to do it on the website "because it's easier that way". It wasn't easier for me - I wasn't sure and wanted human interaction to help me make this purchase for my mother, and I did feel slightly fobbed off by that.

Given the nature of the product you sell, and it's wonderful and you should be very proud of it, but a little more compassionate communication when dealing with confused recently bereaved customers (And I imagine thats a fair percentage!) would have made my experience seamless.

My funeral director asked us to choose a suitable coffin for my wife from the catalogue. My sons and I unanimously chose the banana leaf coffin for her as she grew up in the tropics with bananas growing in their garden. Next day we were told it was not available but I was able to search online and found that they were available from Thinkwillow, so I bought one myself. The company proved to be speedy, efficient and courteous and at the funeral it looked just as we wanted. Thank you Derek and your staff at Thinkwillow.
