Lovely robe
Lovely robe, arrived quickly. Packaged beautifully, great for getting out of shower and slinging on to dry, especially when it's been warmed on a radiator!

Everything is perfect
Everything is perfect. It was very hard to find good quality bathrobe that is long and have a hoodie. Only thing I needed but is not provided is embroidery.

My bathrobe has never arrived. It took 3 emails to get a response acknowledgment from customer service requesting I allowed them 48hrs to investigate. I've waited 96hrs and still no response or refund.
