I cannot rate this company highly enough. Thomas Pardy moved my very elderly parents in New Milton; packing their possessions and moving these safely, securely, with no breakages. While I was unboxing I realised the care that had been taken over each item - outstanding! The team were clearly experienced, dedicated, and courteous. Before the move David managed the details and was communicative and reliable, calling me as agreed and fully answering my questions. My experience is that this a professional and dedicated company. They did everything that was promised and more. Also, I found the price to be very competitive.

What an excellent removal experience we had with Thomas Pardy Removals, Christchurch. It was a logistical challenge as contents were coming from 2 separate places some way away, but Pete, Steve, older Geoff, and younger Geoff, were amazing in their handling and their patience. They were excellent in every way, and so polite and courteous.

Thomas Pardy removals moved us and couldn’t have been more efficient. The guys were very helpful and flexible. Nothing was too much trouble to make the experience less stressful. We could not have asked for any better.

Moving is never straightforward but with the weather causing traffic delays the day didn’t start well however the team made up for lost time and worked well together loading quickly and carefully. They were professional yet friendly and Wayne set the team standard. The floors were protected from foot traffic at both venues. A good experience after a slow start because of the weather. Thank you TH Pardy.

This the third time we have used a professional removal company, the first time with Thomas Pardy, and it is by far and away the best experience we have had.
The packing, which was done before the day of the move was methodical, logical, careful and relentless!
The loading on the day was without fuss and again careful and relentless.
Each of the different members of the Thomas Pardy team were polite and helpful. They listened and any idiosyncrasies that we may have we taken in their stride.
All this was done with good humour during what was the hottest week of 2023.

WE BOOKED T.PARDY TO MOVE OUR GOODS FROM OUR OLD PROPERTY TO A NEW ONE.

OUR ONWARD PURCHASE STALLED, SO PARDY'S TOOK OUR GOODS INTO STORAGE.

THEY EVENTUALLY DELIVERED OUR GOODS IN 2 DELIVERIES, TO OUR RENTAL PROPERTY.

WE FOUND THERE WERE BITS MISSING, AND GOODS WERE DIRTY AND DAMAGED.

I QUERIED THE MISSING BITS WITH PARDYS, AND RECEIVED VERBAL ABUSE OVER THE PHONE, THREATENING LEGAL ACTION, AT WHICH POINT I COULDN'T TAKE ANY MORE STRESS

WITH US THEY PROVED TO BE UNPROFESSIONAL, EXPENSIVE AND SHODDY.

WHEN WE EVENTUALLY MOVED TO OUR PURCHASED PROPERTY, WE PAID HALF OF WHAT PARDY'S QUOTED, USING A DIFFERENT COMPANY, AND GOT A BETTER SERVICE, WITH NO DAMAGED, DIRTY OR MISSING GOODS.

MAY 2021 UPDATE!!

NOW AT OUR FINAL DESTINATION, FULLY UNPACKED, A CHERISHED LARGE DECORATIVE WOODEN ELEPHANT WE'VE HAD FOR MANY YEARS, ADORED BY OUR GRANDCHILDREN, LEFT OUR OLD PROPERTY ON PARDY'S LORRY, BUT NEVER GOT TO OUR RENTAL FROM STORAGE.

WE TRUSTED T.PARDY AND WERE SADLY LET DOWN!
