It’s a scam. Says it’s a small uk company but it’s cheap Chinese rubbish. Looks like it’s a hand embellished jumper but it’s printed polyester. AVOID WASTING YOUR MONEY. DONT BUY FROM THEM

No stars actually. Purchased a “cashmere “ jumper for Christmas . A cheap polyester awful jumper arrived. No return address… just keep getting emails offering a discount if I keep the jumper. Absolute disgrace. Intend contacting my bank now. Wish I’d read the reviews !!! DO NOT buy from Thomson Oxford … absolute rogues !!

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Fell for the sad story of small local boutique closing down, took 2 weeks for a bag of polyester crap from China to arrive, not remotely as advertised. Seller stalling refunds offering 10%, 20%, 30% then "maximum 40% refund" or a full refund if I pay for the return - to Canada! Not bloody likely seeing as just the packaging would be worth more than the goods, let alone the postage! Checked the website and T&C's and they say they abide by UK law, but no pre-contract info, just a company name that's not registered at Companies House, no address, no hint of where they are except the great effort to present as a shop in Oxford. Reported to Trading Standards and called my bank to get chargeback to my card (thanks Virgin).

Received this awful jacket its sleeves were so wide no labels and came in a bundle small package
Why don’t credit card company’s do something they know their scammers by complaints there
Just getting away with it I think they should get capital punishment along with all the other scammers
Has anyone had a return address they sent me a email asking for photos must have been robots programmed

Is there a real company I’d so they should do something
So annoyed with myself for falling for it 😱

I bought 2 jackets and then read the reviews. I emailed the company within the hour to confirm I wanted to cancel my order. They replied to say it would take 7 days. I then called my bank who said to keep a record of my correspondence with the company. I rechecked my statement today to start the dispute process and was shocked to see the refund had been issued. Glad it’s resolved but has made me very wary of these Facebook ads. I had also complained to fb who came back and would not remove the listing

It cost a bit but they are promising me a full refund in 2–3 working days- awaiting this. I will never buy from this scam company again. Big mistake.

I don’t do enough research they are a scam. DO NOT TOUCH.
Delivery (if you get them) takes weeks, quality is terrible polyester, shapeless cotton and not a bit of Cashmere in sight.
As for return endless emails making silly offers, but I’m not giving up it’s a matter of my rights. I’m reporting them to my credit card company after they are given one more chance to do the right thing

As someone also duped by these scammers, look at the Daily Mail Online article of 19 December:

This company is a scam. Received goods which are poor quality and are now waiting to hear back about returns. No response!! DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!

Wish I’d checked this before ordering. Jacket arrived is nothing like what was advertised. And it’s really crap quality. Thought price reduction was too good to be true and all the crap about closing down etc etc, all a scam. E mailed for a refund but doubt I’ll ever hear back. So annoying that there’s people like this around.

An absolute disgrace of a company with no morals or conscience. Goods arrived and neither matched description as advertised or were the sizes ordered. Won’t replace them and refuse to accept that they have even sent the wrong sizes. They should be prosecuted as they are acting illegally. Can’t give them no stars but would if I could. Do not be taken in by them and don’t touch them with a barge pole.

I was caught by sad story on instagram about shutting shop and good prices. TOTAL SCAM. THEY DO SEND YOU GOODS BUT THEY ARE ONLY FIT FOR THE BIN. SHOCKING. I wanted to give nice cashmere jumpers to dear friends as christmas gifts, instead I gae them pollyester and spandex which went straight to landfill. These people are horrible thieves. I too have reported them but doubt anything will happen.

The jumpers are not cashmere. I emailed to get a refund and send them back and they offered me 20% of the cost as would be expensive to send them back.

I have also been scammed. The website looks very good, I trusted it’s as stated - good quality items. They are all very cheep and awful. I have emailed numerous times for the return label with no response back from them at all. Do not buy from this company. I will always check Trustpilot in the future.

Total con. Shoddily made garment. Not fit to wear. They don't seem to accept a return. So slow in arriving - obviously waiting for payment to clear.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Totally scam business which I sadly fell for . The garments are poor quality totally synthetic not a fibre of cotton or cashmere .Awful and obviously not from Oxford . Cheap and horrible don’t buy

The rag they sent me instead of a cashmere jumper didn't even have any type of label inside it, let alone saying what material it was made from.
THESE PEOPLE ARE LYING FRAUDSTERS!!

Wish I had checked this scam of a company out but sadly I was caught out . Totally duped by the photos but what you get is pure and utter tat - with labels cut off !!! You’d get better quality from a jumble sale … just awful and they got away with it . Also takes weeks and weeks to arrive . Sadly I’ve been caught out by this scam company.
