Bought two cardigans as presents for Christmas...they took more than 2 weeks to deliver despite the promise of quick shipping.
The cardigans look OK but we were surprised to see that all the labels had been removed or cut out so whether actually contain the promised cashmere is certainly open to question. Also all the labels re care and size had also been removed

Clearly I am another person who has been scammed. I ordered what was described as a luxurious cashmere coat and received a rag. I’m not expecting much joy with a refund.

95% polyester sweater instead of Cashmere.
Poorest quality and no returns address.

As others have stated this is not a genuine company - and the line that they were shutting their Oxford shop is completely false. The goods which have come from China are not as described - Not good quality , nor Cashmere but cheap 95% polyester and does not match the picture. Scam -scam- scam.

This is a scam. Cheap imports, smell awful and I’m not sure I can return them! I am very disappointed!!

I too didn't read these reviews. I have been scammed also.
The clothing items are not as descriptions on their site.

Total scam. Clothes are absolutely awful made from very cheap material, nothing like the photos. Mainly polyester /nylon mix which is just awful. SHOULD not be allowed to TRADE. Do not fall for this as I have. Can’t believe they actually get away with it.

One star is generous should not have any stars as it’s is that bad. Completely fake and waste of money. Bet there laughing all the way to the bank.

Thompson-Oxford (one of many) is the name they are blantly using now. These people behind the business name abuse human trust without a care, and they, the Chinese, destroy the Chinese name for their own greed.
They change their business name frequently giving you a false security that they are a British & probably American company. Beware! They are a false entity.
We, as ethical humans should continue to put pressure on the social media platforms to gather their information and assist with each other by bringing these unethical companies down.
Greed is the nasty form of war. Wake-up!

As others have stated DO NOT ORDER from this company, it’s a scam and what you will receive is shockingly bad. I feel a complete idiot having fallen for the lovely pictures and great prices, the reality is tat and only fit for the bin. The returns situation is criminal and like many I’ve reported them to Action Fraud and hope that there is some way of closing down this criminal operation.

I too have been taken in by this scam. I bought what I thought were 5 cashmere sweaters and they've turned out to be all made of synthetic fabrics - polyester and viscose, cheap looking and cheaply made. When I complained, they've offered me first a 20% discount then a 30% to keep the clothes which I've refused.
How do we get this shop removed from the internet?

What a load of tosh!! The clothes are absolutely awful, cheap and tacky. I never read the reviews, and should have. Their website looks very professional as do the goods, advertised as cashmere, but are polyester/viscose and not well made.

The positive reviews are clearly written by the company themselves. I ordered a cashmere cardigan and received a second-hand polyester cardigan that had the label cut out. It did have a washing label confirming it was polyester. I've written to them twice, but had no reply

Sadly I didn’t look at these posts before buying from these thieves. They took my money on December 6, the polyester jumper didn’t arrive until December 23.
The website said the jumper was luxurious cashmere - it’s 95% polyester. There is also no branding.
I have reported the company to Trading Standards but don’t hold out much hope.

I ordered 2 items from these Scammers and paid by credit card. The next day I realised from reviews the good were poor so I cancelled orders. They refused to accept cancellation and delivered cheap goods with no cashmere at all!! I returned
the items to the address on the parcel with tracking. They have refused to refund me saying this is not their official return address!!
THEY ARE JUST CROOKS DO NOT USE THEM!!

Pity I can't give this non existent physical location advert a zero star rating. IT'S APPALLING THAT THEY ARE RIPPING OFF PEOPLE. I SPENT OVER £100 WITH THEM. The parcel was poorly wrapped. No receipt . No address provided to return to. No anything cashmere except cheap artificial polyester junk straight from CHINA.

If I could give a zero star I would. Total scam.
Bought a ‘cashmere cardigan’
It is far from cashmere, itchy polyester with holes and the label cut out.

Have been told if I want a refund that I need to pay for the item to be returned to Canada.

The business needs reporting to Meta to prevent advertising on their platform.

Just disgusting they can get away with it.
