Service Concerns
Sales, pricing, product quality, & installation was fine, which is why I came back to TC after I moved into another house. But what I experienced from the service department to fix my slider screens was absolutely horrible. What should have taken days, took 4 months, 4 visits and countless phone calls on my part to get it right. But it got done.

Window installation
The appointment for windows installation was set between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. The installers showed app at 8 o'clock and got right to work. There was in clement weather coming in the afternoon. All the windows were professionally installed.My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. All the windows were installed before the weather set in. This is not the first time that we've had Thompson creek put in windows, we've also had siding done with them. And every time we have been very pleased with the outcome.

Bad Service
As a long standing customer who has used your service for many years on various projects when your Rep came to my house and assured me after speaking to his Boss that since I was a valued customer there wouldn't be a problem with me getting approved for the loan and after giving a down payment towards the project the next day I received a call from someone stating that they couldn't approve my loan and I asked does being a valued customer means anything and the response wasn't acceptable, not disrespectful, but showed me that loyalty to the customer is a back burner issue so I probably won't be contacting Thompson Creek anytime soon for any other projects, especially when I never defaulted on my obligations in the past.

We are a repeat customer
We are a repeat customer, team did great job replacing window and installing new gutters and down spouts. Makes house look neat and has crisp lines. Amazing how gutters can make a house look better. The guards are working great, keeps my 73 year old body off a ladder. My only wish, that I would have remembered my $500 gift card LoL. Excellent work!

The good, the Bad, and the Ugly
The shutters are beautiful and our new door is such an improvement over our previous one. But we had issues with aspects of the door, and it took three tries before the final door installation could be completed. We sent emails to Thompson Creek about the door issues etc. and other than an acknowledgement that Thompson Creek had received our email, we never had a substantive response from Thompson Creek about addressing our concerns. It’s as if Thompson Creek had our money and they didn’t care about follow-up customer service.

Took 7 months to install a screen door…
Took 7 months to install a screen door because the project manager didn't notice the big gazebo. Jordan Raney and Alex Graham will not answer my emails about a locksmith was able to unlock the door in under 2 minutes. BUYER BEWARE THEIR CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS THE WORST

Excellent Quality and Service!
I got 3 quotes for replacing 6 awning style & 1 bow window with 5 panels - Thompson Creek was in line with the best quote and I chose them based on the professionalism of the salesman and people I interacted with. I am very glad that I did. From start to finish, everyone was courteous and thorough. I got exactly what I wanted and am very pleased with my new windows. I'd highly recommend getting a quote from them!

Slow service
I reported the issue that I had on the website. No one from Thompson Creek responded to my problem. After waiting a week, I called the company and reported the problem that way. The earliest a technician could come out to service the window was a 3 week wait. Fortunately, it was a minor issue on a window that isn't opened and closed often.

This is our second large window purchase from TC and we love it! The whole process was seamless and the installation was smooth and without any issues. The window is beautiful and it was just 18 degrees last night, and you could tell the window was doing it’s job keeping the cold outside where it belongs!
