Daniel has always been professional, responsive and helpful in managing my property. He communicates clearly, deals with queries promptly and has recently been proactive in assisting with a council tax issue affecting my rental property. I have found him approachable, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help resolve problems when they arise.

Daniel is Amazing! Would love him to look after all my let properties because he is super responsive, goes above and beyond and is hugely personable. After a plumbing issue with my property, Thornley Groves helped throughout the process of rehousing the tenants and organising repairs. Its property relationship manager (Daniel Garlick) contacting me with updates throughout the process.

Transfer from McDonnell & Haydock went smoothly, thanks to the continuity provided by Daniel Garlick. He has provided good liaison with colleagues and always conveys the tenants needs promptly. The sale of one property was well handled by Kirsty Challinor in 2025.
