This was our first 1000 Islands Cruise experience and we absolutely loved it! The boat was easy to find and board and we had a great view with comfortable seating
Our only suggestion would be to have more speakers, or perhaps louder speakers, around the boat. We did find it a little difficult to hear the guide speaking at times
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend it!
When I checked in, I found I had booked with a re-seller and overpaid substantially.
not cool
I was quoted $65.00.per person on line.
Billed $194. for two people. Cost of cruise , is $50 per person at dock.
This company is scamming people.
Great experience and the ladies at ticket booth helped me with a small situation. It was greatly appreciated. I recommend this tour.
Great weather
Smooth ride
Great information shared by the guide
Enjoy the music, especially the drummer
The experience Really worth the price
Did not buy from this website. Like others have said they charge $34 more per ticket. Just go to the citycruises office just before the dock.
Booked with this company who is NOT authorized to sell tickets for the actual tour company. We almost missed our cruise because the scan they provide on the purchase receipt is not accepted by the tour operator. Had to rush to the ticket counter and lost our spot in boarding line. Fortunately the REAL tour operator let us board after sorting it out. Do not buy from this site for anything. Their site looks very much like they are the tour operator but they are not.
Cannot hear the voice over guided tour above the ambient noise.
Do not buy tickets from this site.. goto City Cruises site and buy it from there.,.,they charge 30$ extra for each ticket. They probably pay for ads and their site pops up when you search for 1000 island cruises and there is no value add to the service they provide
Had a really good experience
All the staff members were very polite and helpful and the views were amazing.
