This hat is absolute trash and was dispatched in a plastic pouch so arrived (a month after ordering) as compressed trash. A complete rip-off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Bought items
Bought items, no email, no delivery and no items. No returning of emails.
Unclear shipping times, but ended up being excellent.
I was unsure of whether to order a week or so before Christmas, because they were unclear about shipping times. I decided to go ahead and order anyway less than a week before, and they shipped it immediately and it arrived in 3 days! The product looks as good as I had hope it would be.
No refund, they’ve gone bust
Still waiting for a refund of £150 for sn order i sent back. Chased them with an email, got a reply to say they’ve gonw bust and i should try and get a refund from my card provider. Awful service, they knew full well what was going to happen when they took everyones orders on black friday :-(
Ceased trading !
App wouldn’t work. No help from sales and now find out they’ve sold the data info to M&S and ceased trading.

1 star as can't imagine a worse experience than them keeping your money against your consumer rights.
I bought 2 items but returned them. After posting they went bust. They will not liase with Yodel to tell them to return the parcel and they won't refund as I requested. So they've stolen my money and will not help me at least get the goods back.
Absolutely shocking behaviour, on top of the misleading email that covered over the fact customers are high and dry and the company has gone down the tubes; they made it sound like some great thing.

Really rated this company - very sad to receive an email that they had closed. Very disappointing. Always so reliable, with great products and service. I hope staff manage to find jobs before Christmas. Thank you for your years of service. Will miss you!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service and return process. Was gifted a $200 gift card. After I returned $120 of the clothes purchased because they didnt fit, i still have not received back my credit almost 2 weeks after they received back my clothes. Their email support staff told me that my credit would automatically apply when I added items to the cart but it does not and I have sent almost 5 follow up emails asking how to use my credit and they dont respond. I feel like they are scamming people. be careful with this group.

Also been trying to make a purchase for the last five days and I get a 'technical issue at checkout' notification. The response from the customer support was a copy and paste of what came up in the app. I've really enjoyed the Thread experience, as has my wardrobe (hence the 5 stars), I'd be sad if this was a sign that things are about to come to an end.
Cannot purchase online
I placed an order a few weeks back and was pleased with the service and quality of the clothing provided. However, a couple of the items came up too big so have been trying to re-order them in the smaller size for the last 5 days and everytime I try to proceed to checkout it says there is an unexpected error and technical issues. I can't imagine any online retailer allowing "technical issues" to cease trading for 5 days, so there is clearly more to it, which is ashame as it seemed to be a decent and professional website and one I would have continued to use.

Order cancelled without a proper reason
As per the review below, my order was cancelled stating issues their end but when I asked to clarify they repeated the answer without actually giving a reason. I asked if I could re-order and didn't receive a response. I have received my money back which is good.
I've placed a few orders this year and always been happy with the service but this seems a bit strange. Makes you question if they are having financial problems.

Have used Thread for many years now and have ALWAYS been pleased with their service.
I placed an order a few days ago which was then cancelled a few days later, with a message via email saying it was due to technical issues on their side. I have taken from this that it’s a genuine issue with orders on their side, as it’s not just my order that was cancelled - or they’re facing other more serious issues. Considering the challenges many businesses are facing, I do hope all is ok.
Probably 90% of my purchases have been through Thread over the last 7/8 yrs - customer service and support has always been brilliant. I don’t have an alternative site that I would use - so whatever the issues are, I do hope things are resolved and you’re back to normal soon.

Order Cancelled without reason
I have just had a notification that my order consisting of 3 items totalling c. £150 has been cancelled due to issues at ‘their end’. It was due to be delivered yesterday. An email to customer services requesting further info just resulted in them parroting they same ‘issues’ excuse then ignoring further follow up email. Will not be ordering again.
