My listing on Three Best Rated was totally unsolicited and all the more welcome for it. It was nice to get some recognition. Since then they have been extremely quick to respond to a couple of requests that I have made and I hope to continue working with them each year if I an stay ahead of my competitors!

Three Best Rated is an absolute SCAM
Three Best Rated is an absolute SCAM. Google a business you will find countless complaints about, and you will still see them listed as one of their Three Best Rated. I reached out to them directly after experiencing very poor service from a company they listed as Three Best Rated. They said they don’t allow anyone to post complaints and they don’t post them either. My retort: You are helping bad businesses to thrive. It’s all about kick backs here, nothing more. Their metrics are just eye candy and have absolutely no true value of integrity. In this age of Internet scams, you have to do your homework and dig to find the truth about poorly managed companies and scams. Companies like Three Best Rated make their money on their recommendations, so of course they're gonna lie. No one can do anything about it....other than post these warnings. If you see a scam, report a scam.

When we receive complaints about businesses, we don't post the negative reviews right away, as we always investigate with utmost responsibility. We may not remove the listing right away, but we continuously keep an eye for future violations and lousy servicing.
Businesses don't pay us for listing them. The listing for any business depends upon the performance of delivering high-quality products and services and nothing else.
Not all businesses are scam, just because they have negative reviews in Google.
Sometimes the dissatisfaction may be caused because of misunderstandings between the clients, and most of them are not repeated and usually rectified, and businesses take care not to repeat it. We also have to give the tradesmen a chance to correct it as well. After all, every merchant works hard to provide the best service.
If something like this happens again within 30 days from different customers, we may remove the tradesman from the listing for quality purposes.

These have rated some restaurants in colchester that i have used and left very poor review, then these people reviewed them as the best in colchester,absolute rubbish better off using Google for a genuine review.
