I do not see how this casino got four point , something stars , they must be paid for.... This is my experience with it.. I spent my only $10 to buy their welcome package. And guess what? I won and got up to exactly a $100. Then went to cash out. Verify my count instantly, then they wanted me holding my debit card to take a picture of it and it was the same debit card that I used to buy the coin package with. So they do not have instant redemption. That is a gods honest lie. So then after I sent him the picture of me holding the debit card, they wanted me to email it to some other place that they call their compliance team, that is a lie. Also, there is no compliance team. What they do is try to wait as long as they can to see if you play your money back and I did because after 12 hours I was tired of waiting, they weren't going to approve it. To me, this place is a scam.Okay?They pray on weak people that have problems with gambling and take their money.They don't care about their players whatsoever to me , they're a piece of s***.... I won $920 3 weeks ago. I've been paid $100 which took well over a week despite them claiming payment is instant...lol. It's not. They claim the maximum redemption amount is 3000 but anything over $100 is rejected within 24 hours but they will claim it wasn't rejected but rather that it failed. Lol. Ok. Choose whatever terminology you want I wasn't paid. Regardless they hold winnings hostage in hopes that you will eventually play thru them and take the loss. I'm not going so the reviews will keep coming till I'm paid. One every 24hrs till my experience is rectified.

People on here lying redeem process is not instant. I been waiting all day yesterday and today a new day and nothing. This hey say instant but turn around and say oh we have a lot of redemptions, naw that don’t matter if you instant be instant. I've made at least 3 deposits with no luck but that's how it goes sometimes.
