Unfortunately, I was asked to verify my card by emailing the card info and bank info, which I did. Then they said the next step is some compliance team, and won’t give me a time frame on when that should be approved, so then I could put in for my redemption request - for a second time. Not having a good experience. This site has you go through the kyc through Verif and you're verified within minutes but then you have to send in proof of payment. Then they wait hours just to tell you that now you need to send a selfie with the card. Its still pending since yesterday. All they say is they review it in the order they receive it.
