THRIVE Sober

Thrive is a supportive women-only community for those who no longer want alcohol to play a part in their lives. It is a safe, non-judgemental environment which enables all of us to develop new skills and habits, working towards emotional sobriety. Having been a member since its inception I have actively engaged online and on zoom calls when a can. The importance of a like-minded group cannot be underestimated in a society in which alcohol is the norm and invades every aspect of life. I have made some great friends via this platform and I love seeing members grow and move from being scared and anxious about life without alcohol, to blooming individuals with new hobbies and interests, improved self-awareness, and beautiful bright eyes shining from their latest post.

Teri has created a beautiful group of ladies that can be vulnerable and receive all the support and information to get sober and support themselves.Thrive is a community that is growing day by day and helps ladies that are at the beginning of their journey or further on.Iv learnt so much from being on thrive and will continue to stay on as it's inexpensive and super valuable ♥️

Teri is absolutely amazing I had a 1:1 session with her when I was around 60 days sober as I knew I needed support to carry on in sobriety and I had found her Insta account which is brilliant in itself and if I hadn’t had that 1:1 session I would have 100% drank the day after but because of that session I faced a huge chalks and still didn’t drink. Shortly after that session I joined thrive, as I wanted a sober support network and while I know AA helps lots of people I don’t identify as an alcoholic so it didn’t feel right for me. Thrive is an amazing network of supportive, resilient women who just want to see each other succeed and thrive! Teri has a brilliant energy and a really amazing ability to frame emotions and feelings in early sobriety in a really positive and accessible way which is amazing. The zoom sessions are so welcoming and the message boards mean whenever I’ve needed advice, support, comfort the community has always been there to help, we are each other’s best cheerleaders. I’m so grateful and thankful to Teri and Thrive for helping on my sober journey I’m now 15months sober and so happy to have shared this journey with such amazing women! My life is immeasurably better being sober and I think having a female only safe support network of like minded driven women has been immense!

Thrive has brought me the community I was looking for when I ventured on my alcohol free life. The encouragement from everyone has been incredible. Teri’s weekly zoom calls have allowed me to share and receive advice and support and I’ve made new friends along the way. It’s such a wonderful space. I am grateful to be a part of it.

Thrive has given me everything that was missing in my early sobriety. I felt, lost with no direction, Thrive changed that. Terri, is a very special lady, who seems to instinctively know how to get you on the right path. I will be ever grateful for the love, support & direction that Thrive gives me.
