To be honest I was a little suspect of THT Direct, almost all of their reviews are 5 star and the cost of the TV I was after was 10% cheaper than the other mainstream retailers. I wanted to go with them as they're a local Scottish business. TV arrived exactly on time in the 2 hour timeslot advised the night before. I had a question and George answered the phone and my question straight away. Will be shopping here again, thanks for the great service.

Easy to use. Booked delivery slot and was given 2 hour window the day before delivery.
Turned up at 6:30am, right at the start of the delivery time which gave me the rest of the morning to set up my new TV.

THT direct had a clear and easy to use website and ordering system, and also were the best value for the TV I was buying. Delivery date was by choice and a two hour slot was given the night before delivery and was kept to. Very efficient and good value company!

Bought LG tv. Website very easy to use.
Prices not just competitive but much less expensive than more well known websites and stores.
Picked delivery date, was given a 2 hour slot in that date and delivery was well within the slot.
Would have no problems recommending and will definitely use again.

Superb! Wow, seldom these days do you get the level of service that I got from George and the staff at THT. George went to considerable trouble to source a TV that would work with my hearing aids (but let my wife hear it normally as well) and it was cheaper than Amazon and Curry’s with no hard sell! Delivery was free, friendly, timely, and helpful to boot! Superb service all round.

Couldn’t be happier with the service and the tv. I was called the day before delivery to say they could deliver that day if it suited us and it did. It was delivered during the times they said and the price was the by far the best around including Curry’s and John Lewis. A joy from start to finish. Highly recommended

Amazing price for a 65” LG G4 tv, superb picture and the delivery driver was like He-man carrying the TV himself, TV goes so bright I feel like my eyes are about to fall out. Absolutely brilliant!
