Poor Advertising - check the small print
I ordered a 25cm diameter peanut ball, a 12cm was delivered. I emailed the company and they sent me another ball free of charge. Good Start! They sent me another 12cm ball, wrong size again. I contacted the company again and they told me 25cm was the length not the diameter!! This is not how every other company markets the product giving the diameter as the size not the length. Even their peanut ball was labelled 12cm. I feel brushed off, fobbed off and still do not have the right product that I originally ordered. Poor service, poor advertising - advertise the products properly so people know what they are buying !!

Hello Graham, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the confusion surrounding the size of our large peanut ball. We attempted to contact you last Friday but unfortunately, we were unable to reach you.
Although the description on our product page clearly indicates the size of the ball as "Size: Ø 12 cm x 25 cm length," we understand that the information in the product title could be improved by putting in both the diameter and the total length. Our product itself only has the diameter on the label.
In no way are we trying to deceive you since there is no point in us wrongly advertising our products and then having unhappy customers.

Very good stuff but I find if you leave it longer on your pet than 5 days the glue sticks and is hard to get off but it works really well

Great to hear you like VetkinTape! Few tips for removing the tape: try rolling it off or using oil. Can be vegetable oil or body oil, any oil will do. It will loosen the adhesive layer!

superior products
i have used many different k-tapes, but have to say i was impressed with vetkin tape from Thysol. Quick delivery, superior quality, excellent service, durable with longevity.
