Please know that your opinion is important to us, and we take such matters seriously. We fully acknowledge that the lack of prior notice regarding the confirmation process may have caused confusion. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we were unable to issue the ticket, and as a result, your reservation had to be cancelled. That said, we can confirm that the full amount was refunded to your bank account on June 2.

We're also concerned to hear that you were unable to reach our support team in a timely manner — this is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we are looking into the matter to prevent such occurrences in the future.
