Hi Jonas! The refunds might have a delay depending on the payment gateway you used and the bank you have. Usually takes between 2-3 weeks. Could you please share the information of your ticket code?

TL,DR not really a ticket just a chance at one

TL,DR the transportation company told us that ticketsbolivia sells their tickets with a set time and type of bus, but that time and type of bus is not based on reality. I asked the transporation company a day before about the process and they told me I had to get there 1 hour before the departure time -since it was a busy day- to get on the bus and that there might be a more expensive bus leaving the station at that time. When I got there at said time, they told me that all of the tickets for my bus had been sold and that I had to wait for the next bus, which might be in 1 or 1 and a half hours. I waited for about 45 minutes, standing directly in front of the ticketing booth, with a line of people behind me with tickets from this website on their hands, to have a chance to get on the next bus, and I was sold a ticket, a more expensive one I should add, so I had to pay the difference to get on it.

Es una estafa

Es una estafa. Compré un bus de La paz a Lima y me cobraron casi un 50% más. No aclaran que viene con servicio de guía que definitivamente no necesitaba. Es una completa porquería. Además, la compañía de buses de Perú es terrible. El bus se varó en la mitad de la nada por falta de gasolina, lo cual es absurdo. Restrasó el viaje y hablando con otros pasajeros, me dí cuenta del absurdo sobrecosto. NO compren tiquetes usando esa plataforma.

Fraud and they don't mind

I have booked twice on different routes with this company. In total they made three fatal mistakes in just two bookings (payment incorrect, seat not available at all). Afterwards they could not correct this mistake and I had to travel with a worse connection. Nevertheless, they didn't want to refund the commission or even give me a one per cent discount. They simply assume that nobody will go to court, which is consumer fraud and dubious.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Don't buy through them. In Bolivia it's super cheap and easy to travel by bus. Just show up any bus terminal and you get where you need to.

/ Indeed I finally got the ticket in pdf form but I have to note that it took several attempt and if you check the whole conversation you will see that the link you sent me is not a ticket but a receipt about 6bs(six Bs!) of commission, had no data about which company I am going with. It took several days. I will travel on the 20th, hope everything is going to be fine.

This is the worst company

This is the worst company. I booked a bus from Atacama to La Paz, but the bus didn't come and I had to change all my plans. As a result, I had to pay about $120 for hotel and other transportation in addition to the $35 bus fare. Even though I submitted GPS log data to Ticket Bolivia that showed I arrived at the bus stop before the scheduled time and was waiting for the bus, they did not respond at all, including refunding me. This is the worst company that does not consider the inconvenience of its users at all.

Efficient service

Efficient service. WhatsApp service available 8-20 6 days/week. Always kind and careful on every question and need.
I needed to modify sometimes my trips and they help me to change the bookings.
Punctual on the refunds. I recommend it!

No funcionó nada de lo que pagamos. Ni se adecua el precio con las condiciones mínimas que se supone que ofrecen. Estuvimos 12 horas totales en 3 buses diferentes debido a su nula gestión. No recomiendo comprar billetes de bus por esta web

Dont book with them as a tourist, you will get robbed

We bought tickets for cruz del norte from la paz to uyuni with them and it was terrible.
I should have checked the reviews on google first since they all warn about the robbery that happens daily to tourists. Same for me: i put my backpack underneath the seat and between the rest thingy for the feet and slept almost through the night. In de morning i realised that my backpack is no longer under my legs but next to me and my powerbank and my gopro are gone. The bus is almost full with locals and other reviews say that they even stop on purpose for people to get on and robb tourists. So i would really not book with cruz del norte and ticketsbolivia should stop working with them.

Evitar!

Pésimo servicio! Horrible comunicación, no recomiendo. Nos informaron un día antes del viaje que nos la cancelan por un festivo (supongo que la empresa sabía sobre el festivo desde mucho tiempo). No nos ayudaron resolver el problema, tardaban muchísimo en contestar.
Reserve los tickets vía Tickets Bolivia porque confiaba que en el caso de cualquier problema o cancelación de viaje, me ayudarán, pero fue lo contrario. Lo mejor es comprar directamente con la compañía.

Lamentable experiencia con ticket…

Lamentable experiencia con ticket bolivia. Compre dos billetes: la paz - uyuni y Potosí-Sucre. En el primero compre un asiento 180 grados (no alcanzaba ni 100 grados) y en el segundo, decia q era el embarque en la estación de buses y resulta q el embarque era a 15 minutos en coche (eso obligo a pagar un taxi)

Lamentablemente no contamos con la opción de 180 grados para esa ruta con la empresa que realizaste el viaje. Se realizó la compra para un bus cama y este viaje fue realizado por la empresa en este tipo de bus, cumpliendo con las características reflejadas al momento de la compra.
Respecto al segundo viaje, la dirección de salida de cada viaje se encuentra en tu ticket electrónico junto a toda la información necesaria para el viaje, donde solicitamos estar 30 minutos antes de la salida para evitar contratiempos.

Pésima empresa. No recomendable

Pésimo. Compramos pasajes de Oxapampa a Lima que tenían convenio con MovilBus. La misma fue confirmada y casi una semana después nos escriben diciendo que fue un error y que deben cobrarnos más del doble adicional. No han querido hacerse responsables y su única solución ha sido el reembolso o cambio de fechas. Comenten un error y los trasladan a los consumidores. Pésimo Servicio. No confíen en esta empresa.

Very helpful and responsive

Purchased multiple tickets with them and they were always really helpful and responsive, they answered all of our questions and assisted with changes when required. We would highly recommend them to anybody (UK traveller).

With tickets Bolivia you can receive a sorry the company just cancel the bus.
And the funny part is like for them it is ok to say to you but you can go tomorrow or other solution is we will refund you.
You, you will have to pay the hotel to stay, the rental car, the other hotel you took. And them they will just tell you we are sorry... They will tell you oh we try to find solution... The solution let me tell you will not be for them to assume their responsibilities and to lose money... If solution you have one day... So the best is to do yourself what they can't do and avoid them to win money for at the end a company that will not help you if problem you have issue
