Ordered from them... got my order details but no shipping tracking! Appears to be a third party. I had to call 3 times the rep emailed to company twice with no response. I had to ask her to escalate and to call the company. It finally shipped but again no tracking and only a promise that it would arrive the following Wednesday. I had to call a 4th time before it actially shipped. I will never use this company again.

We ordered a pipe laser battery for a job that we needed to start a week and a half from time of the order. The order was placed 10/26/2018, I just received the email that it had shipped finally on 1/10/2019. Emailed countless times asking about where the battery was and all I ever got back was we will look into it and then nothing after that until today. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

No body really cares at this place. Placed overnight order on Thursday Sep 20 Assuming we would receive Monday sept 24. No confirmation no communiication at all. I paid the overnight fee of over $100. I called them today Wedsday Sep 26th. No answer!!! Called several time. They indicated to email into a live chat room. They responded saying they were closed for 1 week September 24 thru 29th. Any other company would have shipped out on Friday the 21st. They said were closed and will not ship till October 3rd. I asked about the overnight status. They just hung up. Closed for Jewish Holidays. Yes right my order was in befor the holiday and was to be overnight delivered. Don’t trust this outfit!!!! I will spread the word.

Never use this company. Ordered 6 staff gauges and only 2 were shipped to me. They made zero effort to correct their mistake and I'm still waiting on a refund. They gave me a date that they would process the refund on, then let weeks go by and gave me another date weeks in the future. I doubt they'll actually refund my money. I'm also reporting them to better business bureau. Wish I had read reviews on them before ordering and wish I could give zero stars.

My Company ordered a blue print rack. The rack was not what my boss wanted. Contacted Tiger Supplies multiple times for return after many run- around's from Tiger Supplies employees and having to contact BBB we finally received our credit for item. Not to forget to mention we had to pay the original shipping charge along with the return shipping charge. These were not credited. Totaling $36.45. This is a company I will never buy from or deal with again in the future. Save yourself the headache and your money.

Absolutely, the worst company my family or I has ever dealt with. My son order a safety vest and was told 6 weeks before shipping. He waited about 2 months and called them to get a tracking number. He was told it had shipped one week after he placed the order and there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't provide tracking proof so we could confirm this. No way it shipped because the delivery was at a time when I was home. He spent a couple of weeks trying to call them, but no one ever answered his calls. This company sucks and just scam hard working people out of their money. Don't waste your time or money. Find somewhere else to get what you need!

Ordered an item for a customer and they canceled. Contacted them for a refund, was initially told I couldn't return because it was over the 30 day period, when it had only been a week. Then the customer service rep argued with me about it, provided an order an tracking number that was incorrect and when corrected she just stopped answering. I can't get anyone on the phone either. I would never recommend using them.

Shockingly bad never order from this company! Will never order from them again! Delivery drive delivered toilet rolls with packaging ripped open and was rude! (Took 3 phonecslls to get it delivered to correct address before this mind) Then took three weeks and contant phonecalls to get money back & when they did , didnt initially give postage refund which under the trading goods amendments issued in 2014 you are legally dntitled to. Then issues refund of postage in a day. The worst company i have dealth with. You are better off taking you money elsewhere honestly!

We have ordered items from Tiger Supplies and usually don't have an issue. We were disappointed when we ordered new prism poles and the level vials were not adjusted so the poles would be plumb. We can do that in-house, but they should come ready to use. The same applied to the separate level vials that attach to a 0.10 diameter rod that we ordered, both were loose and not ready to attach to the rod. Our last order has taken a month to fill, which is highly unusual in our dealings. I am beginning to think they are getting as busy as most surveyors seem to be. Will still use their service, for the lower prices.

Don't expect to get anything repaired or shipped during any Jewish holiday. No communication at all, service department totally non existent. Left several messages on the company voicemail and called the cell number on the voicemail of the service manager. He has never responded and I called many times. They have had my device since 8/26 and was advised on 9/29 that it shipped. Still have not seen my equipment.

Tiger Supplies has a very aggressive marketing department, which attracted me with a low price on a Spectra-Precision total station. From that point forward, everything went downhill fast. First, the salesman referred me to a leasing company that wanted to finance the purchase for me at something like 36% interest, if you can believe that! When I declined that offer, he referred me to Spectra Precision Finance, which offered financing at 0% interest. Hmm, I wonder if he was getting a kickback from the other guy. When we got the instrument, it wouldn't connect with the data collector. Numerous calls to their customer service department went unreturned. Finally, we returned the instrument for repair, and they discovered that some module was missing. When they returned the unit, the batteries and charger were missing. After I informed them of that fact, they returned one battery and the charger. Still waiting to get the second battery back. On the positive side, we now have a working instrument that seems to be state of the art and top of the line, and we're paying 0% interest on the purchase.

Lesson Learned: BUY LOCALLY!

never received my refund...
bought laser detector that did not work... called company... I ordered wrong type they said... so I ordered another type from them also... It didn't work either... took a month to get refund for first after complaining to paypal... never got the second refund... gave up after weeks of back and forth garbage from them...

Found the website just by using Google to search for a product that I needed for my job. Tiger Supplies showed up along with a couple hundred others, looked at a couple of other websites but I found that this one was easy to use and the prices were fair. I ordered the product hassle free and the merchandise arrived earlier than expected. I am very happy with my transaction with Tiger Supplies.
