really fast &great price

This company stole my money and I have not been able to get it back. I paid over $400 for an item that I never received and they used loop holes with the credit card company so I cant dispute the charge. DO NOT TRUST!!!!

I had ordered 5 of the same brackets. My order arrived, I received 4 of the brackets I ordered and one random bracket that I did not order. I called Tiger Supplies and was told the customer service person was on the other line and they took my information down and was told I would get a call back shortly. No call came. Three days later, I call again, get the right person, get my bracket shipped to me and a prepaid package to send the wrong bracket back. This whole process took a month! I am glad I did not urgently need these brackets. What a nightmare. Hopefully IF I order again, the person will pay enough attention to put my correct order in the bag so I do not need to return another item.

I placed my order on 7/27/21013 and I have yet to recieve my order. Today's date is 8/20.

I have call the company 3 times with concerns about my order. They assured me that it was on the way the first time. When I called the 2nd time, I was told that my order was "damaged" in transit. Which I would not have known unless I called myself. A week later I called for a 3rd time and they claim it should arrive today..........they finally gave me a tracking number and it says the order is currently in California; I live in GA.

Needless to say I will not purchase another order from this company. No sense of urgency. I needed the tables WEEKS ago.

If you want good service and good prices go somewhere else.

Ordered over 2 Weeks ago Adress was wrong then finally got ahold of someone to fix Adress told me it would be here this past tues or wed still no unit.left messages no has returned my call and always get answering machine.not very happy!!:-(

Tiger supplies is the best, they have the lowest prices, best customer service. They also have a nice store , where you can test the items before you purchase it. Simple amazing!!!!
