Great company to deal with! Great products

I received my order earlier and admit I am quite disappointed. This is the third piece of furniture I have ordered from Tikamoon and had no issue with the others.

Firstly, the finish on the inside is poor. It's on the interior, so I can live with this, but not what I expect purchasing a brand new item. Furthermore, the inside back, which is where the poor finish is, is not pine wood, which I expect to have some imperfections as part of the character of wood, this is clearly the poor application and finish.

Even worse, the doors are so far apart. I can practically put my finger through! I am six foot tall and hardly have dainty hands either! Whoever affixed the doors and hinges really didn't know what they were doing - this is not quality craftsmanship by any stretch!

Really not the quality I expected and am very disappointed. I will think again before ordering from Tikamoon in future as a result.

Update - replacement item received, even worse!

The replacement wardrobe received is worse than the first, so it clearly was not a one-off in terms of the poor quality and craftsmanship. It's taken me a few days to collect myself in order to write this - the disappointment has been overwhelming. 

The space between the two front doors - about 1cm is still apparent, just like with the first wardrobe, however, on this wardrobe, the doors are not even from top to bottom, one door is higher than the other. The door hardware is also not even from the left and right door and more than that, I had to tighten the screws on the back because they were turning around so the faux rod lock could not go through the loops properly. 

The finish is also much worse on this one - it's clear there were chips, so wood filler was used, but the pain adhesion is very poor - several examples of this on interior and worse and on the exterior, where the finish is much lighter and therefore very obvious. There is dust on the item, which I'd expect from the warehouse, however, there are white marks everywhere - these do not wipe away! It seems like some sort of white stain.

The fact that a nail/pin gun was used and the holes are still remaining - clearly wood filler was used on the cheap pine used to make this item per previous point above, yet wood filler was not applied to cover these holes - looks like woodworm has had a field day!

This will be the third furniture cabinet I have purchased from Tikamoon - the first two items were brilliant, no issues and have also stood the test of time. The quality has certainly gone down if these two items are anything to go by and will certainly make me question whether there will be another purchase. Poor craftsmanship and poor quality assurance - the items does not reflect the price tag for being such poor quality. 

It makes me wonder that because I voiced my complaint about the poor quality of the first item, you've sent one that is even worse! Downgrading to one star review as a result!

It came super quick was exactly as described and I still very much love it! Great quality and I love that it comes assembled , so handy! I will order from here again it’s worth the price

I recently purchased two bedside tables and upon opening the box, I discovered that one of them was severely damaged and beyond repair. I reported this issue immediately.

To my surprise, customer support offered a £40 refund if I kept the damaged item. I found this response disappointing and unacceptable, especially given their reputation for high-quality products and service.

However, Lucie assisted me when I called and she immediately sent a new one and collected the broken item. Thank you Lucie!

Great furniture and customer service, specifically from Lucie. Really happy

I ordered a coffee table after extensive research. The table would take 10 weeks to arrive but I was willing to wait as it was ideal in terms of design and dimensions. When it arrived, the wood on the top surface was totally cracked. There was no obvious damage to the box but the table was clearly unusable. Tikamoon offered a paltry £75 as compensation were we to keep the table. We wanted to have a replacement sent to us but Tikamoon said this would take a further 10 weeks. Since the damage was extensive, we had no choice but to return the table. I did not sense any real appreciation for the inconvenience caused from the company. I am now back to square one in my search for a coffee table and feel hugely let down by this company.

We bought a garden bench and the arm snapped off as my wife removed it from the packaging. No evidence of external damage to the box to suggest it was damaged in transit. No excess force used. The join which broke (where the arm inserts to the back of the bench) was made with glue and did not look secure. If it had happened with my child resting on it it would likely have led to injury.

When I contacted for a return and refund there was no acknowledgement as to the fact they had shipped a clearly inferior product, and the inconvenience it caused.

I wanted something different for our new bathroom, and I was set on solid wood. We purchased this, and were not disappointed. It looks absolutely stunning in the space, with brushed brass fittings. It is excellent quality, and I imagine will last decades in the space.

I love this table very much, excellent quality. When it is placed in my living room, it makes the whole environment look more upscale.
You get what you pay for. This is a product that is worth investing in!

Waited almost 4 months for delivery of a Lila mirrored bathroom cabinet in acacia wood. Lovely cabinet, solidly built. It’s a pity that the shelves inside are at fixed heights, however, as none of the shelves accommodate my electric toothbrush (when stood upright). Also, the finish is much greyer than the brown shown online.

We were really delighted with the look and quality of their Jill solid teak and ceramic bathroom cabinet with inset sink. It looks wonderful in our new en-suite. We ordered another one for another bathroom but had to return it unopened as it was too big for the space - they were a joy to deal with and made this process so easy.

We purchased a beautiful Greco mango dining table for our new apartment. On delivery, much to our disappointment it was immediately apparent that it was going to be too large for our living room. We contacted Customer Service and explained our dilemma to Fiona, as we retained the original packaging she willingly agreed for it to be returned for refund and made arrangements for its collection.
A reflection of a good company is how it handles customer services, not just at the point of sale but on those occasions when matters don’t quite work out as planned. We love Tikamoon not just for its magnificent furniture but for its excellent ambassadors like Fiona!
