Dear Mr Prakash Bajpai and Tikona Customer Care Team,

This is with reference to your email regarding Request No. 1-10826101864 and my Tikona User ID 1126032087.
I would like to clarify the following facts:
• I paid ₹2,472 for my internet plan with validity from 14 November 2025 to 14 May 2026.
• I was able to use the service only till 30 December 2025, i.e., for approximately 35 days.
• From 30 December 2025 to 13 January 2026, the internet service was completely unavailable due to technical issues.
• Despite multiple complaints, the issue was not resolved, and hence I was unable to use the service further.
As a result, 145 days of paid service remain unused, which is not due to my fault but due to Tikona’s failure to provide uninterrupted service.
Since the service was discontinued and there is no outstanding balance, I am not interested in any waiver or future adjustment. I request a pro-rata refund for the unused 145 days of service.
I request you to process the refund at the earliest and confirm the same in writing.
Looking forward to your prompt resolution.

Company have no money for buying few…

Company have no money for buying few meter cable

No internet since 8th Aug. Engineer visited on 10th, never informed company cable change was needed — I had to report it on 12th. Despite repeated complaints, no action.

Engineer demanded ₹1000 to change the cable immediately; when I refused, he said, “Ok, now I’ll see who changes it.” Management never checks if engineers visit or if issues are resolved — they just close complaints after 2 days.

They don’t even have money for a few meters of cable. New customers get service instantly, existing ones are ignored. No replies to emails or WhatsApp. Pure negligence, arrogance, and corruption. Avoid at all costs.

I used tikona 5 years ago, due to very bad internet service, i cancelled it before plan ended, after that they was harassing to pay more as automatic renewal plan, after fighting with representative we paid some amount and closed, now after 5 years they now send mail and demand 738.66₹ and also demanded to pay 1500 as modem return charges which is already collected by there person

very bad service providers behaviour don't use it, it's a tap to harassment so don't try also

Tikona's service is so bad

Tikona's service is so bad. If you talk to their engineer, he say he quits his job even though he is the same person, the internet is not working since 4 days. Still he says we will see when they will see don't no,so you should never go for it!

One of the worst network service…

One of the worst network service provider I have seen.... I lost my first job due to the internet issue...though I felt like it will be improved but still they have the same sh..t services.. I am tolerating them since last 2020...but no improvement

I wish I could give Tikona WiFi services zero stars because they truly deserve it. My experience with Tikona has been nothing short of a nightmare. Let me break down the numerous reasons why Tikona is the worst internet service provider:

Unreliable Connection: The connection drops more often than I can count. It's frustrating to be in the middle of something important, only to have the internet suddenly disappear.

Poor Customer Service: Dealing with Tikona's customer service is a nightmare in itself. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and seem to have no idea how to resolve issues.

Slow Speeds: Even when the connection is up, the speeds are abysmally slow. Streaming a video or downloading a file is a luxury I cannot afford with Tikona.

Billing Issues: Tikona's billing system is a mess. They overcharge, add random fees, and it's nearly impossible to get a refund for their terrible service.

Outdated Equipment: The equipment provided by Tikona is outdated and frequently malfunctions. It's like they're using technology from the Stone Age.

No Regard for Customer Satisfaction: It's clear that Tikona does not care about its customers. They are only interested in taking your money and providing the bare minimum service.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using Tikona for your internet needs. Save yourself the frustration and headache and look elsewhere for a reliable internet service provider.

TIKONA TECH SUPPORT is the worst

TIKONA TECH SUPPORT is the worst. I had no internet for days! I am a work from home employee. I had to switch to Mobile data so that my productivity was not impacted. To make matters worse, I recommended Tikona to 2 other WFH colleagues. One did not receive service from day 1.
We formally wrote to Tikona to disconnect services but the retention team called us weeks after signing up for a new Internet connection.
Collections Team has been harassing us now, abusive language. Unacceptable! Next Step - Record the calls and post on Social media

Very good if you are interested in wasting money
The wifi goes off very oftenly when we complaint to them they have te recorded service voice which says we have registered ur complaint and it will be resolved soon which never resolves.In every few moments there are ping drops and the wifi stops working for some time.the sevice guy after trying to connect for a long time says he will send a technician the next day but no one came.

Very bad experience!!!!!!!!!!!

If there is minus ratings I will give -100% for Tikona. Very poor network and worst service. Not attending any complaints. Always insisting to check connections and restart but they aren’t doing g anything and there is no persons for service.

Almost a month completed since…

Almost a month completed since relocation request and still not a single call to relocate my services.

I don't even want to talk to you guys now.

Just disconnect my services, i'll get jio fiber now or any other service.

Atleast they have courtesy to call and follow up unlike you guys.

Fed up with your services now, worst service ever.

Internet doesn't work, customer service knows and does nothing, they keep your connection even you request them to stop their service, they wont stop your service, you get frustrated and change your isp,
This is where the scheme starts - they bill you saying you had a ongoing connection and it isnt discontinued yet you have to pay this much amount,
they start harassing you, fake lawyers call you, recovery agents call you they make you pay anyway possible, people are third class and cheap, this is not a isp company this is fraud company. stay away
