Excellent service from the Reading shop very helpful and informative when we’re choosing tiles . From start to finish the service was 5 star . The delivery was great Steve was very accommodating going out of his way to help us he has been the best delivery person we have ever had can’t thank him enough as it was big order he put it nearest to the door as possible 5 out of 5 . Amazing thank you .

Tile Flair Orders During Past Two Months
We have ordered tiles from Tile Flair Swindon on two occasions in the last few months, the second time because of the positive experience of our first visit. The staff could not have been more helpful nor more patient with our dilly-dallying, particularly Lewis, which helped us to eventually make our choices. Ordering was simple and delivery quick. Thank you to all the staff at this branch.

While we always do our best to accommodate requests, once special-order products have been dispatched by the supplier, we're unable to cancel the delivery or accept returns. Thank you for your feedback, Mark. We understand you previously got in touch about the tile size being approximately 0.1mm larger than expected.
Tiles are manufactured with an accepted size tolerance, so the actual dimensions can vary slightly from the nominal size stated, and the difference you highlighted falls within these standard tolerances.

Unexpected charges and broken tiles
Tiles took weeks to be in stock when online it was advised they were in stick. We had to pay extra for delivery on a Saturday and tiles arrived broken so now have to pay extra for the delivery on another Saturday which wasn’t our fault.

We can see that one of the tiles on your order was a special order item, and these can take up to four weeks to arrive, as advised at the time of ordering.
We're also keen to understand the unexpected charges you've mentioned. From our records, the additional charge relates to the premium Saturday delivery service selected for the order.
We're sorry that some of the tiles arrived damaged. As soon as you've let us know, we arranged a refund for the affected items. If you'd like to discuss this further, or if there's another way we can help resolve matters for you, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us and our team will be happy to talk things through with you.

We found some lovely clearance tiles online at half price, went into the Bristol (Cribbs) showroom and spoke with an extremely helpful staff member, ordered a sample which arrived quickly with free postage, went back into store and double checked the measurements with the same staff, and ordered them on the day with an additional 5% discount. They were delivered quickly in a morning time window, arrived exactly half way through the morning and we were even helped inside with them by an extremely friendly and helpful courier. 5* service throughout, and we can't wait to see the end result. Three tile samples
I requested 3 sample tiles which arrived very quickly and were very well packed. I intend to follow up on 1 of them. Will go to my nearest showroom - just to check the full tile size.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the Tileflair Reading branch. A huge thank you to Jason, James and Marcus, who were all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. They took the time to help me choose the perfect tiles and made what could have been an overwhelming decision so much easier.
The quality of the tiles is absolutely superb—my tiler even commented on how impressed he was with them. Communication was also excellent. The team kept me updated every step of the way via WhatsApp, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
