The service was excellent the tiles aŕrived the foĺowing day and were really well packed.

Ordered some tiles for kitchen floor and bathroom back in November and have had lots of compliments on them. Great quality and customer service. We measured wrong so needed a few extra tiles and they were really quick to send out the new batch. They are very quick to respond and resolve any issues. We were so pleased, that we have now placed a second order for tiles we need elsewhere in the house. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service provided by this company, receiving a sample tile helped me make a decision without committing to a large order. Delivery was free and arrived quickly.

I had a great experience with Total Tiles. They stock high-quality tiles that I couldn't find anywhere else, including 150 × 400 mm wall tiles, which most tile shops no longer seem to carry.
The packaging was excellent, with everything arriving well protected. Delivery was prompt, and I was kept informed throughout the process with helpful notifications. Overall, I'm very pleased with both the products and the service, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

The process of ordering was an easy one. The delivery was quick and right on time. The delivery man put the tiles on my driveway, exactly where I wanted them, and he even waited while I moved the car. Good service. The only thing is they came well wrapped so I couldn't check them before the delivery man left, but judging by the service so far, if there are any problems they will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Lost £3k worth of work and materials as company cleverly went into administration a couple of years ago and this has only just been resolved by the administrators.
Result - Received absolutely NOTHING. Not even an apology.
Problem - self-levelling compound failed (cracked up)so underfloor heating had to be ripped out and redone. Tried claiming for loss of materials to start with. Refused. 2 sets of underfloor mats plus compound. Work required stripping, removing waste and refitting mats. Re- level.
Spent months trying to resolve and had to delay 3 months moving into house as kitchen/diner couldn't be fitted until this was done.
Was not even told they were going into administration.
As an unsecured creditor you are at the bottom of the pile and are lucky to get anything at all.
Seems this is a common occurrence for some companies and a good way to clear debts. The government allow this to happen. Disgraceful. Total Tiles has now re-established itself with all the same team and probably directors too! Use Total Tiles at your peril! Who is to say they will do this again! So forget any warranties and refunds.

I like the idea of receiving a sample tile for testing puposes very much. More so, it arrived promptly and in one piece. That made my day!
