Exceptional Service
We live in a small SA regional community. Our experience of Tilemall was exceptional. Online shopping product displays and the purchase process were a breeze. Samples available also were a bonus, given it was impossible for us to see the actual product, in store. Our tiles were as we expected, well packed and arrived in a timely manner, despite the distance it travelled for delivery to our home.

Quality customer service
I spoke with Paul at trademall on the phone seeing a particular product for pickup. The item wasn't available as I thought it would be when I went to the store. This was because I didn't order online early enough. Paul went out of his way to support me and help me get the item as soon as possible. Great customer service.

Couldn’t find these tiles anywhere else to finish a job. Found them at tile mall ordered online picked up the next day. People were great and quick to get me the order. Will definitely buy from tile mall again

The shop had a calm, well-lit ambience, with tiles neatly organised and clearly labelled (including our samples). Our tiles arrived at the depot within a few days, and pickup was quick and simple.
