Good timely service with wood dimensions and finish as ordered, except for 0.5mm variation on width of planks, which whilst within reasonable tolerances, prevents me giving a 5 star rating

Good quality custom cut timber at good prices
I have used them twice now and both experiences were positive. Good quality custom sized timber at good prices. They even included some larhe offcuts this latest time. Will definitely be buying from them again.

I purchased two pieces of Iroko wood for repeating our garden bench. I had to wait a fortnight but not only did they arrive well packed and perfect but as I was on the minimum price of £45 they gave an extra cut piece to my measurements. They were absolutely ideal, having no knots and kiln dried. I will have no hesitation in recommending this company for the quality and fairness in value and supply. If you want cut and profiled wood for your project you absolutely MUST get it from here.

Thanks for your positive review Peter. Our lead times are stated on the website as 10-12 working days for production, and an allowance of 2-3 working days for delivery thereafter. At our basket stage it gives you an estimated delivery window and I can see from our, and the couriers systems, your order was delivered within that time frame. All our orders are produced Bespoke to each individual size, hence we do have a bit of a lead time. Hope your project went well.

Excellent service
Excellent service. One of the items in my order had a 4 inch shake in one end but it must have been noticed because there was a replacement included in the delivery. Everything was very well packed as well. Very impressive.

Sepele wood
They gave me a delivery time and once it was despatched I was notified every step of the way untill it was delivered to my door.
The goods I ordered was excellent, package excellent planed all round Sepele,to exact measurements.
Fully recommend this company can not fault them.
First time I have used them it will not be the last.
