Still waiting for my order. No communications at all and can not start the work until I receive it. Messaged them from their website, still nothing. I have a much bigger order to do, but now Im unsure if I will use you again. Disappointed so far as you were recommended.

Received a piece with a bit of damage and reached out customer service - Got a replacement board with no hassle. Really appreciate the service and making it right. Props to Gordon.

I asked for 17 mm thickness they sent 14mm it was not useable for my project. I sent back and receieved a full refund

Timber was what I asked for,for the purpose which it's being used for. Small issue with delivery but that was down to a milling issue to supply the quality I specified

Very good quality timber precisely cut to size delivered to my door.

I orded 2 pieces of African sapele
600mmx200mm, what was delivered was 600mmx190mm the only reason I didn't return them was the cost and the wait involved for the correct size to get back to myself. What I find annoying is that on your site you emphasise that the size ordered is what you get, as a result I have had to make unnecessary alterations to my project. To say I am unhappy is putting it lightly.

I ordered some chamferred oak and I was very pleased with the quality when it arrived.
Delivery was quite long at around 3 weeks from ordering.

Timber4u have provided a good service several times and been flexible when my requirements changed.

My order of wood was processed well. I was given a 1-week window when it was estimated to be delivered. Towards the end of that window I did contact the company to get an update on the likely dispatch date so that I could ensure I was going to be in at time of delivery. The delivery was made on the last day of the 1-week window and was well packed. The wood itself was excellent with nice clean cuts and some good straight pieces. An excellent service.
