Good timely service with wood dimensions and finish as ordered, except for 0.5mm variation on width of planks, which whilst within reasonable tolerances, prevents me giving a 5 star rating

Such lovely wood and having everything cut to size means so much less of it is wasted. Great customer service too.

Thanks for your positive review Stephen. We give estimated delivery times on our website, before you place your order. Your time frame was between 12/11 - 19/11 and we delivered it on 13th. Sorry if that wasn't quick enough for you, but everything we do is machined specifically for each order, which obviously takes a bit of time.

Excellent quality wood, well packaged. When I had query post ordering(I'd measured incorrectly!) This was promptly and efficiently dealt with, so I received the correct wood.

£600+ of American black walnut
£600+ of American black walnut. Beautiful wood. Precisely cut. Would have given it 5* but for the rubbish deliverers who dumped it outside in the pouring rain and didn’t knock on the door. Wood was not protected inside cardboard. Fortunately, I found it by accident before any real water damage.

Easy to order, excellent product and customer service
The ordering process was easy to use.
We ordered a single length of timber which arrived in the timescales quoted when we ordered. Not only that, but they sent us a second length with the delivery as one end of the first piece of timber was imperfect.
Quality was just as advertised.
