For now, I have nothing good to say, since my order still hasn't arrived; it was supposed to take 2 days for delivery, but it has already been 2 weeks.

Hello Jennie, we are so sorry to hear that you still haven't received your package. Actually we are a small business and we don't have any control over UPS once we drop off the package to them. We just called UPS and it seems that you requested the delivery to be changed to a UPS store and you would need to pick it up in a store near your home. We are so sorry that we don't have any control over any UPS in any country, and there are very limited things we could do at this point. If there is anything we could do, please kindly let us know. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience!
The pearl earrings were exquisite
The pearl earrings were exquisite. They are a nice modest size and fit at the tip of the ear lobe which is a refreshing variation.

So sorry to hear that. Could you please remind us your order number? We couldn’t find any order with your name, and there is no “booking flower pearl” in our store. Thank you!
First kissing fish bracelet I ordered…
First kissing fish bracelet I ordered tranished, second same bracelet I ordered does not have the same amount of pearls and it is shorter, it does not fit and fish pieces smaller and different. I asked timeless pearl to replace and repair these bracelets but no one responded. I still can not use my new order because it is shorter. There is no size on the page, it is one size and from the pictures with the pearl counts it should fit but mine has 13 each side and shorter than previous order and does not fit. They either should take these orders back and return my money or send me new ones which are correct size and right size of fish pieces. Timeless pearl has not responded to me so far. I am still waiting

We are so sorry to hear that! We've sent you an email and a prepaid return label one week ago but you might have missed it. We'll send you a new package with two new bracelets and a printed prepaid return label so that it's easy to return the old ones. Sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding and collaboration!

What a wonderful surprise!
What a wonderful surprise, this necklace is truly amazing for the price! The pearls are much bigger then I expected and they have a beautiful luster and color! All this plus a solid 18k gold chain. I could not be happier, thank you.

This store rescued me
I have never bought a jewelry until my wife told me that I have never bought here jewlry =) I decided to acquire a golden ring as the relations in the familty are the most important thing in ou world. I applied to several stores, but the prices were too high for me, and this one rescued my family! The prices here are comparatively low and this fact was the main for me when I chose a ring.
I asked managers what ring might be liked my a woman and they advised me some of them. I bought one and my wife was at the seventh heaven from happiness, It's cool to make your family members happy actually...

Pearl choker necklace
My daughter has been waiting this pretty pearl choker for Christmas. She got it and didn’t realize it’s fine metal. It’s broke and Timelessness pearl fixed it and sent it back. Now she only wears it out for special occasions. This company is very understanding and friendly! I would definitely recommend!

Outstanding Quality
Both necklaces arrived just a couple of days after I ordered, and the pearls of both are outstanding! One piece is a special birthday gift for a family member who has a June birthday! That pearl is large, round, and beautifully lustrous. The other is for me. That pearl is absolutely PERFECT! Round, incredibly high luster, and no scratches or visible imperfections! How does Timeless provide pearls of such superior quality for such reasonable prices????

Timeless Pearl ROCKS!
Extremely pleased with my Timeless Pearl purchase. The pearls comprising the 22 inch necklace are beautiful! Consistent color matching, luster, size and shape. The surface quality is good as is the nacre.
The magnetic necklace clasp is well designed, strong and very secure, and enables one’s self to put on and take off the necklace, no assistance required. The value is unbelievable. The packaging is great too.
What equally impressed me, was the follow through and on going communication after the purchase, through delivery. Buy with confidence.
