I ordered a pendant and a pair of earrings. Instead of a pair of earrings, it was only 1 piece of earrings and described it as a pendant. It was difficult to return the item.I know they offer free shipping for your orders but it's through USPS and it always get lost.

So sorry to hear that, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Actually, the original images were confusing (One front image and one side image make visitors think of earrings, but it is a pendant), and we have already updated the images to make it better. Hope that in the future no one would get confused about this product. In terms of returns, you have easy access to our return center on any of our pages in the footer section: Returns Center - https://timelesspearl.returnscenter.com/
Sorry again for the bad experience, and we're working hard to improve your experiences. Thank you for your understanding!

High Quality
It is very hard to find clip earrings first of all. But when I received them although not super pricey they were high quality! They even took extra care to put protective cups on the clips so they wouldn’t hurt your ears!!
