I ordered the hard surface labels. Cute designs and customisable packages. After a year they are fading, but still sticking to the surface. I had problems with some of them to be able to peel them off the sheet. I raised it with customer service and were offered a reprint of labels. How good is that. Soo from customer service was great.

I have always used petit fernand labels but this year thought I’d try tinyme.
I ordered a stamp set and stickers.
Using the stamp was an absolute disaster.
It ran all over brand new uniform and leaked through the white shirts. I have emailed tinyme regarding this but have had no response. I have moved away from the stamp and continued to label all items with the stickers but again extremely disappointed as it comes off in my washing machine after every wash.
I am very disappointed with this product and the zero customer support service . Don’t waste money on this product. Much rather spend a couple of pennies more on a decent product…: Not only have I had to order better quality labels but I also have had to buy more school uniform that was ruined by tinyme products

I have used their labels in the past for hard surfaces, like my son’s water bottle and they have been fine. However, I have now used their iron on and stick on fabric labels and none of them are lasting. It’s a complete waste of money as I’m now having to relabel everything again.

Ordered stick on and iron on name labels for the uniform.
The iron on labels look lovely but as for getting them off the printed sheet they are attached to is a nightmare.
I’m having to use a pin to lift a corner slightly so I can peel it off but it is damaging the edge.
I haven’t washed them yet so I don’t know how long they will last. After reading these reviews I’ll double label everything I think.
They are lovely but I don’t think I’d order more in the future.

I iron on several labels today one is already coming off and it hasn’t even been washed . I followed instructions carefully so it is clearly faulty which is not great for labels that are quite expensive looks like I’m just going to have to use sharpie

Faulty Iron on labels
Iron-on labels do not stay on and fade after a few washes. Only had them on my child's clothes for about a month. I raised the issue with them and I was accused of lying as they could not verify how long the labels had been on them despite me sending pictures and stating I was not after anything from them. Appalling customer service from Sandy Bass in particular

Not received any confirmation, tracking or product yet. It was a xmas present, I've asked for a refund and not heard back yet.
Wouldn't reccomend.

The stamp is expensive, thick writing that blurs and washed out almost after 1 30 minute 30° wash! Waste of money.

Ordered the stick on labels many times they're great. This time I ordered both those and the iron on ones. The iron on ones were awful and I spent over an hour trying to peel them off the backing. I was unable to do so and had to use the stick on ones in order to prep the uniform. I contacted them and they are happy to re print more iron on ones but I have to pay to re-purchase the stick on ones?! It's not my fault they sent faulty labels. Dreadful customer service when there are so many label companies out there who do better.

Unfortunately I didn’t receive my order! They don’t want to send replacement and don’t want to return money back! Avoid this company!

Ordered £27 worth of labels for my children. Entered my address correctly but their post code finder has errors and defaulted back to the slightly incorrect address by checkout. Post code correct, first line of address incorrect. Have not received my order at the detailed post code, have attended the address that matches the first line detailed on the order and it has not been received there either. The company offered me a reorder at 50% discount after not supplying the goods. Scam company, will be contacting my credit card to raise a claim.

Labels are odd sizes. Sheet was a lot smaller than expecting. These are not as nice as ones from other companies I have ordered. Also customer service is HORRIBLE so I will not order from them again.

Have not received item and no reply to emails. Awful service

I purchased some custom photo magnets from Opiqo (a Tinyme company). The photo quality was reasonable but they were barely magnetic and do not stick to magnetic whiteboards. When raised with their customer support I received a request for photo evidence which I provided. They then stopped replying to any attempt to contact them. I will never be ordering from them again.

The labels are ok, last a fairly long time (the text will vanish before they peel off) however the clothing stamps are an utter waste of time. Far too thick and dark, turns into a blob on labels, shows through light clothing, obviously doesn't work on dark.
They don't seem to be allowing any more reviews on their website... can't imagine why

I wish I’d read the reviews before I got scammed too. I did the ‘free’ stickers & paid £3 postage. The stickers haven’t arrived despite being allegedly sent 10 days ago and customer service are less then helpful refusing to refund me. If everyone does this and gives them £3 imagine how much they’re making?

Absolutely amazed with this! Ordered 12 piece jigsaw with picture both sides. In all honesty expected quite flimsy pieces and a small box - however pieces are large and rigid, perfect for a 3 year old, main pic on top of good sized box with both pics on underside of top. Chose standard delivery, I was notified when it was posted and it arrived exactly on date promised. Thank you very much!

So disappointed with TinyMe products! I'm a single mum on a low income and spent a fortune (to me) on the bundle which included the name stamp, labels etc. I washed and thoroughly dried my son's nursery bottle, applied two name stickers and left for 4 days to dry. I took the bottle out with us and by the end of the day, BOTH stickers were off! The stamp quality is really poor. Not clear at all or a decent size and ink came off in one wash! Lesson learned - just use Sharpie! Don't bother with these companies!

First time I tried, went through the work of labeling all of my 3-year olds clothes and most of them come off in the first wash! Never again.

Labels stayed on daycare items for a while but have slowly (and steadily) fallen off during the year. Given the hassle of labelling everything- I’ll be looking for another brand to get us sorted for next year.
