I won $15,000.00 and they’ve only paid me half. They are refusing to pay the other half and stating.
“After double-checking the matter, we see that the funds that were in your account were successfully sent to you.”
Which is completely false.. it also takes days for them to return emails. I’ve played on 15-20 different online casinos and have won over 10k bonuses on I’d say 5 of them, every single other one has been smooth. This is the only online casino that I truly can say that I hate, and won’t recommend to anybody.

No problem taking $400 of deposits. But make you jump through hoops to pay. "Screen" shots arent good enough. They want to see your entire account statement.

Contacted support because I forgot my username. I hadn’t used the casino in many months due to self excluding from every online casino that I use.
Support was quick and helpful. The agent had my username emailed to me.
I signed in and the system had me update my drivers license picture, before I was allowed to play. This is good, because then there are no surprise verification checks when you go to withdraw.
I found my favorite games and marked them as favorites. Then I played a spin or 2 on each of my favorite games, until o figured out which ones seemed to be willing to pay out a few $. Then I alternated between the few games that were hopeful. Finally I had a good bonus on one, that paid over $500 on a $1.20 bet. I immediately put in a withdrawal request for $500 (via interact - which was the same way I made my deposits). That was last night, and the money was in my account this morning. Very happy everything went so smoothly! I only gave 4 stars because I would like the slots to pay out more often.

Hello, I spoke earlier with one of your agents regarding the self-exclusion program. He asked me how long I wanted, and I replied “5 years.” Immediately after my reply, my account was excluded without any explanation of what would happen to my remaining funds. I’m expecting that he will provide some explanations first regarding the self exclusion but right away my account got logged out and there is no chance to withdraw my unused fund. I would like assurance that I will still receive my remaining balance of $470 and I need the fund as soon as possible!! Thank you.

The UI and functioning of the casino itself isn’t bad, although it does crash or refresh a fair amount. However, the customer support is awful, withdrawals take forever and are limited to 2 per 7 day period, and you need to be very careful as their TOC’s are intentionally tricky. With so many good options out there in Ontario, I would never recommend Titan.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the experience I’ve had with this online betting platform. I deposited $1,450 on July 12, 2025, and after winning, I submitted a withdrawal request of $5,000 on July 12. To my shock and disappointment, the withdrawal automatically failed the on July 15 — without any explanation or notification.
I had been eagerly waiting for the funds to be credited to my account, only to discover the request was reversed for no stated reason. I immediately contacted live support, but all I received were vague responses like “Our concern team is working on it, please be patient.”
What patience are you referring to?
This platform imposes strict limitations:
• Only two withdrawals per week are allowed
• A maximum of $5,000 per transaction
So if my first withdrawal hasn’t even been processed properly, how am I supposed to place another?
This is by far the worst online casino experience I’ve ever had in terms of payout processing. I strongly discourage anyone from using this platform based on my current experience. That said, I will update this review if even one of my legitimate withdrawals is successfully processed.
I am now preparing to escalate this matter to iGaming Ontario and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). I have retained clear evidence of my deposits, winnings, and failed withdrawal attempt.
Until resolved, I do not recommend this website to anyone.

I've had some ups and downs with these guys since last year when I registered. We had some arguments about the promos and the withdrawal rules that I wasn't too happy about. I recently logged in after a few months break and had a notification on my screen that they have updated their Terms and Conditions so I eas interested to see they have upgraded the withdrawals rules... I actually received my withdrawal pretty fast and no hassle. I will keep an eye out but that was certainly unexpected

At first glance, Titanplay seems like a solid sportsbook clean layout, wide range of markets. But once you start placing live bets, the platform falls apart and reveals some deeply concerning issues.
Live odds are silently slashed the moment you try to place a bet even when there is no activity happening in the game. For example, I placed MLB handicap bets while the opposing team wasn’t even batting, and the odds were cut in half at the final confirmation screen.
Bet rejections without reason became common including during breaks in play when odds should be stable. No explanations, just constant rejections.
Then came the most blatant move: after just a few modest wagers (about $100 each over the weekend), I woke up to find my account hard-limited to $1 maximum stakes. No warning, no email, no contact from support. No winnings, either I wasn’t even up.
There was no communication, no transparency, and zero willingness to explain why I was limited.
If this is how Titanplay treats accounts that barely see any action or profit, it raises serious questions about whether they belong in a regulated market like Ontario. Quietly limiting users without cause or due process isn’t just unprofessional it borders on unethical.
There are plenty of other sportsbooks that don’t restrict users arbitrarily or cripple live betting functionality. I strongly suggest avoiding Titanplay entirely.
Edit 1:
This is the 10th time you’ve repeated the same canned paragraph citing Section 8.5 of your Terms like a broken record. We get it. You reserve the right to do whatever you want, whenever you want, without explanation.
However, repeating that clause doesn’t address the core issue I raised:
Why is erratic behavior and similar profitability tolerated and unrestricted on casino, but suddenly leads to limits on sports betting even when losses are involved?
Your refusal to engage with this contradiction proves the decision is not about behavior or risk it's about limiting players who show even a hint of discipline or edge on Sportsbook.
I also reserve my right to share this experience publicly and transparently, so that others can be informed before depositing on your platform. If fairness only applies when it suits your business model, then people deserve to know that.
Please don’t send another scripted reply. I’ve made my point and I’ll continue raising it wherever necessary.
