They had 45% off on the set I wanted
They had 45% off on the set I wanted. A pop up asked me if I wanted 50% off? Obviously I do. The set was Currentky at $550 so $275 was a deal. I put my mobile number and email into the fields for my discount code. Please note, if you wish to exit before filling in your details you are warned you will return to pay full price. No code every came. The email link just took you back to the home page with no embedded discount code. The pages own AI app said this was wrong and there was no code. It said I had to contact support at titanskitchen.com and explain. I did. They ignored me, but they used my details for profit as I can show since the day i complained I have had non stop spam calls. Their deal and their practice were not legal and I have forwarded it to the Texas Attorny General. If this is how they treat you before you buy, how can you trust them? I also filed a complaint with the FTC too after I messaged them again highlighting the practices and was again ignored. Zero integrity.
The response is disnegenuis as I state in the review its your support email. Your website states you will send me a code. The email tells me I have a limited time to use my discount code and to click the link. The link doesn't contain a code. You offer me a code for my details then don't provide one. I pay the same as everyone else. There is no misunderstanding or excuse. The discount offered in my item was 45% as standard. You did not say UPTO 50% off. You said fill in your details for 50% off. I have had all the screen shots, links and pages checked and confirmed that what was done is missleading. Your own AI on your website checked it and said it wasn't in line with your own policies. I used your own website for the email address to contact. The whole thing is terrible. Now we should trust you?
In response to your response. Just to confirm. I have double checked and I emailed the CORRECT Support email address on the 30th and again on the 4th before I contacted the FTC and Texas AG to give you the opportunity to fix the issue and you ignored me. The email address is correct and your excuses about the discounts make no sense as it was implied that the discount was in addition AND clearly stated if I did not complete signing up with my details, I would pay full price. If indeed the website was already discounted why apply pressure to get my details? Also you offered me 50% and the item was only 45% so again, it doesn't add up. Why not say "not compatiblewith any other promotion?. I screen shot everything and sent you a packaged which you ignored. The email clearly said it contained my discount code. The link said "to use my discount code". There was no code. This is very bad practice. I haven't given my details to anyone else so if you say that you didn't sell my details I would also have concern over your website security as the minute I complained to you I have been plagued with spam calls. A very strange coincidence. Do I really need to make a video with all the screenshots and walk people through it? I had this checked legally before I even contacted you. It's not OK.

Incomplete Order
I ordered two 13 piece sets and did not receive 1 complete set. I received 1 larger pot and 2 small pots individually on different days but never received the rest of pots or any of the pans from my order and when I reached out to customer service they stated that the order had been completely delivered.

I ordered two frying pans 9 inch and 12…
I ordered two frying pans 9 inch and 12 inch Order #TK1344712 on 21/09/2026 (the lids were shown in the picture) so I assumed the lids were included. It was only minutes after I'd ordered that I discovered you had to click a tab on top of picture to include the lids and the price was somewhat different at £149.95, which was £20 extra It took me some days to get through to support@titanskitchen, I finally received a reply, which was apologetic saying the emails had been sent to junk folder and promised much? Said they would try to include the lids with the order if possible. Then I received another email saying I could purchase the lis separately at £36 extra. I purchased the lids separately and can see from tracking that they should be delivered in about 4 days time 13/10/2026. But my original order for the pans is stuck at in transit to next facility - dated 26/09/2026. Have sent two emails to Titans Kitchen and received no reply as yet. Not even a we are looking into this?

Good to cook with, but it's not non-stick!
We have enjoyed cooking with the titanium pan, but it really isn't a non-stick pan as you advertised, and is the main reason we bought it. It does stick. But it does seem easy to clean when it's been soaked a little. I did exactly as your instructions read when I received the pan, but the first time I used it, cooking fried eggs, they stuck to the pan, so that was disappointing.

We recommend preheating the pan first over low to medium-low heat, then adding only a small amount of butter or oil and allowing that to heat before adding the egg. That should solve it, and also the non-stick performance of the pan gets better over time.

First thing I cooked was an egg. I had seasoned the pan according to instructions and cooked egg on gas stove on medium, but egg stuck to pan.
I’m hopeful as time goes on, it will improve.

Titanium heats very efficiently, so on a gas stove, medium heat can sometimes get hotter than expected and actually cause sticking. Try lowering the heat slightly and giving the pan time to preheat evenly — this should make a noticeable difference.

Very poor customer service
Unimpressed with this company. Ordered this for my niece, her partner and their son as a housewarming gift. She'd done some research looking for a good price and landed at this company. I ordered them a pan and spatula. We were visiting them in England (we live in the US) and I placed the order from there. When the pan arrived, there were issues with its quality they were concerned about as well as the lack of guarantee of it being nontoxic. They wanted to return it, so I had them take pictures and sent the return request with all requested info to the support email address 2 weeks after delivery as stipulated on the website. Crickets.
Its been just over a week now, so I forwarded the same email, adding "PLEASE REPLY" to the subject line. I also found a phone number to call, however it was just an automated message stating the "quickest" way to get a response is to email support (!).
UTTERLY TERRIBLE customer service. I would never buy another item from this company.

Save your money! I got two of these pans as gifts, and followed all instructions for use (being careful to heat before adding oil, and making sure that the oil was heating before adding the food, and flipping only when the product was ready). It was such a pain to have to monitor the pans so closely, and even with all of those measures taken, food still stuck to them! I cooked burgers and onions one time in one pan, and the onions seemed to have somehow oxidized a ring around the pan (the onions were in a ring around the meat that was cooking). To clean the pan, I used a soft sponge after it was cooled a bit, and warm water, and the residue would not come off (and it was only browned food, it wasn't burned). I tried eggs the next day. They didn't seem to stick until after I flipped them. When I went to get them out of the pan, they weren't stuck to the pan, but there was residue that (again) did not rub right off with a soft sponge and warm water and dawn soap. My grocery store pans perform better than these, and I don't have to keep such a close eye on them. I'm glad that I received them as a gift, so I didn't spend my own money on them.

From what you’ve described, it sounds like the cooking temperature was too high. Our cookware transfers heat very efficiently, so it generally requires lower heat than many conventional pans. Excessive heat can cause food to stick more readily and can also cause the discoloration or ring you noticed. The good news is that this type of discoloration is harmless and can be removed.
We’d recommend trying again at a noticeably lower temperature: preheat the pan gently, add a small amount of oil, and then add your food. Once the temperature is right, you shouldn’t need to constantly monitor the pan, and the cooking and cleaning experience should be much easier.

Refund very difficult, clearly no 100 day money back guarantee or Risk Free Trial.
I requested a refund upon receipt of the pan. It was very heavy and the instructions suggested only oils that I do not use in cooking. This is not a pan I would ever use. Unfortunately, to return, I would have to return to the actual manufacturer, who is a Asian manufacturer. They claim it would be a large expense to return this pan and could take months as I am to return overseas, however, this company claims that purchase of this pan is "Risk-Free Trial" and all Orders include a 100-day money-back guarantee. They do not want the pans returned to their New Mexico location in the states, but instead they want you to ship to Asia, which they claim could be $50+. Clearly no customer service is provided here for a very heavy pan that is not American made. This is totally unreasonable and unfair consumer service.
