My chemical free cookware.
The fact that I can get titanium pots to go with the titanium fry pan I have. I've always cooked with cast iron but I'm 80 and my large pan is getting very heavy for me. Since using my titanium pan I'm excited about the Titan pots I just ordered. I don't have to be so careful of the utensils I use either. I've read the info and reviews and really liked what they had to say. I garden and can my veggies for the winter months. Now I don't have to worry about chemicals leaching into my foods. I'm pretty healthy and working to stay that way. Thanks for your help.

VERY POOR customer service
I seasoned the pans as required but they continue to stick. For the price I paid, I want my money back. I have emailed 3 times and have been ignored. There is a 100 day trial period and it seems they are waiting for it to expire. VERY POOR customer service!

Think twice before buying from Titans…
Think twice before buying from Titans Kitchen.
I purchased a frying pan from this company, and it arrived damaged. The quality of the product was also far below what was advertised on their website.
Their website states that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 100 days for a full refund. Based on this policy, I contacted customer service. They initially told me they would provide a return address and issue a full refund once they received the item.
After waiting several days without receiving the return details, I contacted them again. Instead of providing the return address, they offered me a 25% refund and asked me to keep the product. I declined because I wanted to return the damaged item and receive the full refund promised in their return policy.
They then increased their offer to 40%, and later to 50%. After going back and forth, I eventually accepted the 50% refund because I no longer had the time or energy to keep fighting for what their own return policy appeared to promise.
I was also told that the damaged items would be replaced, but I have still not received the replacements.
This experience was very disappointing. The product quality did not meet expectations, I received damaged items, and the return process did not match what was advertised. I hope the company improves both its product quality and its customer service so other customers do not have the same experience.

Hi Lijo,
We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations.
We’d like to clarify that our support team offered two options in line with our policy: you were welcome to return the cookware for a full refund, or, if you preferred to avoid the inconvenience of an international return, we also offered the option of keeping the product with a substantial partial refund. The partial refund was provided as an alternative for your convenience, not as a replacement for your right to return the product.
Our goal is always to provide customers with the solution that best suits their preferences while honoring our return policy. We’re sorry that the outcome still left you disappointed.
If you would still like to discuss your case or the replacement items, please contact us at support@titanskitchen.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
Warm regards,

Hi,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. If you only received one bolt for the handle, we’d be happy to send the missing hardware free of charge so you can begin using your pan.
Regarding the lid, some of our cookware is available both with and without a lid, depending on the option selected at checkout. If your order included a lid and it was missing, we’ll gladly send one to you as soon as possible.
Please email us at support@titanskitchen.com with your order number so we can resolve this for you right away. Our support team answers incoming emails within 24 hours.
