Detailed yet brief description of the product answering all questions regarding the materials used. It was important that there were no coatings used in the product. Easy checkout and especially liked the free shipping and promised short delivery time. Have been researching various manufacturers and the pricing is a legitimate discount. Appreciate the honesty in the advertisement. Looking forward to using it. Already had to toss my other pan due to the finish wearing off. Thankful for the lifetime warranty. I bought a Titanium frying pan and a Titanium spatula.
I bought a Titanium frying pan and a Titanium spatula for frying eggs and steaks tomatoes and sausages amongst many more items.
I have found it very good after following the instructions for seasoning the pan I have been able to cook and clean the pan with very little effort.
You must follow the instructions carefully, and the more it is used the better it becomes none stick!

I’m loving my new pans
I’m loving my new pans. The nine inch pan is going to be the most useful but for cooking a kilo of mince the 11inch one will be great. And they clean so easily.

I haven’t used my 9” skillet yet but it’s very beautiful! I gave the 10” & spatula to my son & he assembled & seasoned both skillets. I don’t know if he’s cooked in it yet.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH
ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. I purchased the titanium pan, having not read the reviews prior. Big mistake. Once I read a few reviews, I tried to cancel the order before it was sent, but they wouldn't allow it. Got the pan. The handle is seperate and doesn't fit right. I asked 8 times in emails to return the pan BEFORE I used it and they repeatedly refused to give me the return address. They suggested I use the pan and then return it if I didn't like it. I used it and was utterly disappointed. A heap of rubbish. I asked to return it and they then refused to accept it as I'd used it. Crazy. DO NOT use this company. Their conduct is entirely uncomscionable.

Handle fitting is very sub standard,nuts and bolts,holes the wrong size,doesn’t sit flat on the hob,handle too heavy so it tilts on the bowed base..,after oiling with grapeseed oil it certainly isn’t non stick,total waste of money,avoid at all costs..,oh! and just to let you know it’s from China,despite the very Western style website,when I opened the box and saw the quality,I thought,uhoh!! Extremely disappointing
Extremely disappointing. Not sure if it's just not good with induction hobs, but very difficult to use at all without food sticking horribly despite multiple attempts at seasoning the pans, and having to use Avocado oil. It seems like hard work to get pretty mediocre results. I can't even let the rest of my family use the pans, because too many detailed instructions, so they've gone back to using non stick or ceramic.
The warranty is useless, they won't accept the pans back, unless you pay shipping to China. A very disappointing experience, £150 totally wasted.

The pan looked great but needs honest video about discoloration.
The pan looked great, I followed the advice warm then higher then a little oil.
The steak stuck to the pan this first time. I repeated the process the following day and turned the heat up a bit. Food was fine but the pan is discolored. Seems a price to pay, I would have preferred it to look new!
Getting more used to using the pan, changing my cooking style which helps so overall now I’m happy with.
The advice about cleaning is fine and thank you for the reply. I bought it as it suggested easy clean as well as non stick and healthy surface to cook on. If I start cleaning for aesthetic reasons it will be ongoing work which I don’t want to do.
As said discoloration is ok, just not explained as normal and unimportant for food cooking.
I’m happy with product and company feedback.

Regarding the discoloration, pure titanium can naturally develop some color changes when exposed to higher heat. This is completely harmless, does not affect the performance or safety of the cookware, and can often be restored with proper cleaning techniques. It can also be a helpful indicator to use slightly lower heat settings, as titanium distributes heat very efficiently.

Despite the relatively long wait for the frypan to arrive, once it was here it was worth it.
The fry pan is just great, light weight for lifting, no Teflon lining, easy to wash, no scrubbing, just wipe it clean and put it away until next time. And it looks attractive on the bench.

It works as advertised
It works as advertised. Either proper care and cleaning it does the job. Beware that it transfers heat very evenly and efficiently. Therefore, you get great results with a lower flame. I used a small amount of oil and that’s all it takes.

This company is a scam, i ordered a skillet that I did not recieve. When I called 505 544 4162 that is listed on their web page, the number is nonexistent. So I am just out some $70.00 or so. Do NOT waste your money, they are a scam.

I couldn't find seasoning instructions…
I couldn't find seasoning instructions (did get them from you! and also subsequently found on a tag that came with) Needless to say I could have seasoned a bit more but still good. Eggs !! they did stick but cleaned up easily enough. Next I cooked burgers, I love the lid much less mess on the stove!!!

My first use of the pan was to fry…Fried Eggs
My first use of the pan was to fry eggs. I used a tiny bit of oil and made sure the heat was low. After cooking, I wiped the pan with a white tissue before washing. A black film appeared on the tissue. I was concerned. I fried eggs again and used butter. No black film on tissue. Yesterday I cooked a hamburger and used oil again. Black film again. It seems that when I use oil there is a black film?? However, I LOVE my new frying pan! Just knowing it is a "safe product" is wonderful! Has anyone else mentioned this black film? What you’re describing can occasionally happen during the first few uses of brand-new cookware and is usually related to residual oils or seasoning residue interacting with cooking oils. A thorough wash before first use and a few cooking cycles normally resolve this completely.
