Buying from the Toby Collection was a fantastic experience!
There were issues shipping the product from Ireland to the USA (where I live) but Suman resolved the issues and shipped the harness to me. Suman was friendly and professional.
I am very impressed with the quality of the harness I ordered, and also with the detail and care put into order....the package arrived with the harness wrapped in beautiful tissue paper and a bow; also included in the package was a fabulous postcard, an Ireland keychain, and a message from Suman and Toby...everything was absolutely 1st class!

I ordered a calender and a collar and the package has outstanding quality and so do the products,I was blown away with the attention to detail on the Toby collection from the tissue paper wrappped around the products to the tape on the box it was just amazing all around. Every single item is beautiful + great quality
Every single item I ordered is simply fabulous! Great quality and beautifully designed. I could not be more pleased. Especially the leads in black and red are wonderful, strong and sturdy, simply perfect. The stickers are fun to look at and will find a spot on my notebook and my suitcases. The bandana will look cute on my puppy girl.
Will certainly do business with Toby Collection again and can highly recommend this business.
