We are always very hsppy with Equijump not just for the product but also for service and assistance.

My trainer sent me for a particular bit. I was able to find the bit and narrow it down to the correct size and port. Shipping was straightforward and had tracking. Bit arrived and it looks great. Customer services has been prompt and friendly.

Lovely collar - looks gorgeous on our collie German shepherd cross. Fabric not a sturdy a wool as expected but it is soft so probably comfortable for her. The clasp is a bit heavy which took her a bit to get used to but it comes to the front which with the gold makes it look like a necklace - very pretty. 4/5 as I’m still unsure how the fabric will hold up.

There was lack of details on the order as to what it insists of and whether it is exempt from regulations .
