Clothes more geared for younger men and seem overpriced as to some. I have had some mixed experiences with shirts holding up. But do like the sweater shirts and sweater polos.

Consistently interesting
Todd Snyder puts out consistent quality. Their core products have just enough flair to be interesting, but for the most part not so much flair that they become outdated quickly. I do wish that they produced more of their line in the US.

Todd Snyder: great clothing, great service.
I've been a fan of Todd Snyder clothing for several years now. On the rare occasion I want to return something for whatever reason, no questions are asked. Customer service in general is amazing.

Better communication between Sales and Shipping
You were supposed to ship on Monday Oct 27th by UPS or Fed Ex 2day service. I was supposed to receive Wednesday. I was leaving for a business meeting on Friday. Instead you sent it on Tuesday via Fed-Ex SMART POST. Not only a day late but the smart post is a hand off service with the US Mail. It adds extra days. I am sitting at the airport without my coat !

It came oversized, hole in pocket
It came oversized, I ordered a medium and it fits like a large or extra large, and one of the chest pockets came with a huge hole at the bottom, a mess, not a good shop, very dissatisfied and disappointed

Réponse de Todd Snyder
Hi Jose,
We're sorry to hear that the jacket fit bigger than expected, as this jacket has a full fit, meaning a wider fit. In your initial contact through our helpdesk about not liking the fit of the coat, we were not made aware that there was a hole in the pocket. Please note that our team will be reaching out to you as this is not the level of service we aim to provide.
Best,
The Todd Snyder Team
