Toilets+ always deliver!
Toilets+ are always reliable with great customer service, ease of booking, deliver on time as expected and toilets always well prepared with a high level of cleanliness.
The only reason I haven't awarded 5* is because I was expecting a phonecall the day before to confirm what time approx the toilets would be arriving on site and this never came! Other than this though I can't fault the ease of booking, and service provided.

It does not even deserve one star
It does not even deserve one star. I hired the luxury toilet unit which is suitable for 300 people. Our daughter got married at the cathedral and we returned to our farm by 430 to go throttle have lunch for 180 guests. By this point the toilets had not been used!! Within 5 hours there was no water by this time it was ten pm and the wedding in full swing. No emergency number on the trailer to get help so we had to fill it up ourselves going straight through the wedding venue !! As we were not anywhere near the house, apparently a card was given to the bride on the day of delivery which of course she didn’t carry round on her wedding dress. The next day in the morning we got someone to come out which reinstated the water. As we had around 40 people round the next day for lunch again the unit didn’t work, this time the toilets didn’t flush And Steve the operative had to come back out 🙈by the time he came guests had left. I rang on Monday to complain but they Zoe the hire desk manager told me categorically it was fit for purpose, she was going to take the the owner Mr Shaun Turner and would ring me back. Didn’t hear and rang again on Thursday. Basically toilets+Ltd kept saying it was fit for purpose which it was not according to the Consumer Act 2015 and as I paid by bank transfer (how stupid) no chance of getting any money back. Be aware no customer services, they take your money but they have never heard of customer service.

Sadly, you know your review is not accurate and we know that the unit is fit for purpose along with the other 8 of our luxury trailers.
Having received communication from your event on Sunday morning, our operative Steve attended your second event of the weekend within 90 minutes of you contacting us.
As you know, the reason the unit temporarily stopped working was because you and your guests had used all the fresh water. You had subsequently started to top up the fresh water as per the handover instructions and once we had reset the safety cutout switch, the pump and the unit were working again within minutes of our arrival.
Again, when you called us out for a second time later that day, having informed us none of the toilets were flushing, Steve arrived within the hour and on inspection simply pressed the flush button and all the toilets were working as we would expect, Steve waiting for 10 minutes before he left the event.
As you also know, on Friday afternoon (the day before the event) we called and left you a message and also sent you an email adding additional emergency contact details for the weekend, as it was a very busy weekend for us, and we wanted to ensure you would be able to contact us if needed. Unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible for you not checking your messages or reading your emails and we are sincerely sorry you feel our Customer Service was non-existent. Clearly this isn’t accurate though, as our response times from when contact was made were excellent, and speaking with Steve, it sounds like he did incredibly well to remain professional when dealing with you on the Sunday.
The unit which you hired, which you suggest is not fit for purpose, has subsequently spent three days at Thetford Forest at the Forest Live concerts in the VIP area, servicing the needs of thousands of concert goers each night at the Tom Jones, Paloma Faith and Olly Murs concerts, all without a single issue.
We wish you well for the future and thank you for your custom.

This is not an issue for Toilets+ previous company’s found this much too difficult and caused us major problems.
Such a relief to find such a professional company do not hesitate to give them a call all friendly and professional staff they will look after you
