Solved our problem nicely.
We had builders coming and going for months. Small firms do not see the need to provide their own loo! Toilets+ sorted us out nicely. Delivered promptly, serviced regularly and collected speedily when builders finally finished. Pricing was very fair indeed.

Paid for a 1 off service
Paid for a 1 off service , only received a pump out and half bucket of water , when called to ask why what I paid for had not been done they stated that there was a misunderstanding between myself and the service engineer, especially considering the price I paid compared with other companies. Very disappointed no partial refund or anything offerd on what I didn't receive disgraceful

Our one off services of other people’s units consist of removing the effluent, replenishing the water and chemical and leaving toilet rolls, and it is not uncommon for our customers to request that we only empty the tank and they replenish this themselves. When our service driver was advised not add any chemical by yourself when on site, they emptied the tank and added the water only.
We are sorry that you feel that you did not receive the service that you paid for on this occasion.

The unit hired was similar to those hired in previous years for our event and had no issues previously serving similar numbers. However this year having been told we did not need to top up with water we had to do so. The unit then became flooded and full so had to shut down the toilets half way through the day causing great inconvenience.

When discussing the issue with our Luxury & Events Coordinator, you mentioned that there were 200 more people at the event this year than last year. We do our best to advise on how many toilets/units people require for their events, but if more people attend than expected or in previous years, or the luxury trailer is used more than the other units on site, as with any self contained portable toilet they can become full.
Based on the information that was provided at the point of order and given that the same unit had been supplied without issue for this event two years running, there was no reason to believe that it would not be adequate for this year’s event.
We are sorry to hear that these unfortunate and unforseen circumstances caused inconvenience at your event.

Toilets delivered when expected and arrived clean will toilet roll. Good advice on siting in the shade as it was a hot weekend. Collection was more tricky as it wasn’t clear which day collection was due

Single toilet for works barbecue for 100 people in a field in the New forest. Great communication about delivery and collection. This was the cheapest price available. Would definitely use this company again.

Customer services were very helpful
Customer services were very helpful. Toilets arrived in good time and were a good standard. They were able to help when we had a slight problem (fault was ours not theirs). Only change I'd like to see is a confirmation on collection day, we were not able to specify the preferred collection day.
